Décevant !

L’appartement offre de beau volume et une superbe terrasse, super bien placé. Malheureusement, l’aménagement de cet appartement est décevant : contrairement aux photos de l’annonce, il n’y a pas de plantes sur la terrasse, bonjour le vis à vis !!! Odeur nauséabonde dans l’évier de la cuisine, pas de wifi, très bruyant ( simple vitrage). L’appartement ne peux recevoir qu’une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants de -12 ans, la literie n’étant pas adapté pour 6 ).La literie est médiocre, le canapé lit, n’y pensez pas, impossible d’y dormir

Logement spacieux très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités. Emplacement TOP Point négatif: le stationnement des véhicules. Les SUV ne peuvent pas accéder au garage. Les places de parking sont limitées dans la résidence. Le stationnement extérieur à la résidence est réglementé. Appartement à rafraîchir Idéal pour 4 personnes maximum

Peccato!

Posizione dell’appartamento eccellente. Pulizia appena sufficiente, dotazioni scarse ( 4 sedie + 1 recuperata dalla camera) per 6 ospiti! Ho dovuto sollecitare più volte l’agenzia x farci portare la sedia mancante e nel frattempo abbiamo fatto 1 cena e 1 pranzo “ a turno” se no una persona avrebbe dovuto stare in piedi! Piatti insufficienti ( 10 piatti piani e solo 3 piatti fondi… ) muri ovunque macchiati e in alcuni punti scrostati e crepati. Divano letto in soggiorno con fodera sporca ( andrebbe sfoderato e lavato) , materasso alto 4cm e rete che “ cede” nel mezzo con effetto cuccia….e relativo mal di schiena….ventilatore a soffitto in camera dei bambini con 2 dita di polvere ( visibili anche da foto…ovviamente impossibile da accendere x evitare di respirare polvere) . Tavolo e sedie sul terrazzo,presenti nelle foto dell’annuncio, in realtà inesistenti…asciugamani insufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, recuperati solo a seguito di ennesima chiamata ad agenzia…Peccato perché la posizione della casa è invidiabile e il terrazzo enorme ( pero’ invivibile senza mobili) ma l’ appartamento in se’ presenta molte lacune! 500€ di cauzione presupporrebbero una casa tenuta perfettamente (così non è) oltre che un numero di sedie e piatti sufficienti per gli ospiti e pareti pulite….Invito l’agenzia , che incassa oltre 10€ per ogni operazione di servizio cauzione online(!!), a fare un giro nell’appartamento prima di consegnarlo agli ospiti paganti e verificare che tutto sia a posto!

The appartment is nicely situatet at the promenade in Menton. Good view and to balconies, one very large with sun loungers and furnitures. Very clean appartment. Overall we are very satisfief. Though we were missing some cushions for both chairs and sun loungers. In the kitchen there was only 4 chairs, allthough the appartment is for 6 persons. Sharp knives in the kitchen, would be nice 😊 We loved pur stay, Menton is such a nice city.
