Beautiful, historic location

The property is located in a small village a few miles from Blois and was perfect for our trip to see the chateaus in the Loire Valley. It is set over a stream which was previously an old mill. The sound of the stream was lovely. There is a large private garden accessible. The apartment was large, with tasteful decoration. We really enjoyed our time at the property.

Lovely little apartment with a terrific balcony overlooking the little river and beautiful gardens.

Great location for a quiet holiday but lots to do and see within a 30 minute drive.

Ideal

A really pretty cottage in a quiet village close to Blood and all the chateaus. Charming balcony overlooking a stream, comfortable bed and very clean. We had a great start 6, thank you.

This lovely place is on a running stream with beautiful views out the windows and a private area of a garden by the brook to enjoy.

Just about Perfect

A terrific property in a beautiful setting, Molineuf is a small village just 15 minutes from Blois, and located in the heart of the Loire Valley. Convenient - less than an hour - from several amazing chateaus. Well equipped and comfortable - perhaps the most comfortable need we've slept on outside or home. I highly recommend.

Ideal Loire

Excellent accommodation in a very unique setting. Easy access to tourist sites along the Loire. Groceries available 10 minutes away in Blois and a restaurant locally across the road. We had to purchase shower soap and condiments for kitchen as not supplied as would be available in a B&B.

Perfect for 2.

Beautiful gite in a wonderful location. Spacious accommodation for 2. Great balcony for al fresco dining. Outside space aplenty. Adjacent to the Hôtel du Pont - Nice for a drink next to the river but closed Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday! Lovely host, great communication and loads of brochures in the house. Blois about a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend.

Molineuf in May

A complete surprise .. the accommodation was more than we expected. The fittings and furniture suited us completely and the view from the balcony was magnificent. All the well known chateaux were with easy reach. We had a wonderful time. J&T xx

gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der Nähe der Loire (Schlösser)

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten an die Loire und ihre Schlösser. Sie liegt idyllisch an einem kleinen Flüsschen, die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist sehr gut, bei Problemen z.B. mit dem Wlan, gibt es schnell Unterstützung. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Molineuf.

Gîte très agréable, un îlot de fraîcheur

Le lieu est très calme, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet ancien moulin dans un joli petit coin de nature, avec les oiseaux, la verdure, les fleurs, la rivière. Idéal pour se ressourcer.

endroit très agréable même par les grosses chaleurs

avec le petit fleuve "la cisse" qui passe des 2 cotés de cet ancien moulin, cela fait un cadre enchanteresse !!! de plus nous étions proches des très beaux châteaux de la Loire; nous avons faits de très belles visites avec une agréable promenade sur le Cher sous les arches du château de CHENONCEAU

Entspannung pur

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht von der Wohnung. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und sprach auch gut Englisch. Das große Bett war etwas zu weich für unseren Geschmack, aber es waren ja im Wohn-Essbereich noch 2 Betten, die wir sehr bequem fanden. Der Balkon war zu jeder Tageszeit der schönste Ort zum Entspannen. Großartig
