THE BLUE HORIZON VILLA

The Villa Bleu Horizon of approximately 200 m² + large terrace, is ideally located in a beautiful private and secure subdivision, quiet, on the hillside and enjoys a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea and the market town of Trois Ilets . This villa, made up of 7 rooms spread over 2 levels, can accommodate a maximum of 8 travelers.

On the ground floor, you will find the very well equipped kitchen, with its bar opening onto the terrace with the mirror pool. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, electric hob, American fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric grill and dishwasher ...

The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and other equipment.

An independent WC is on the ground floor.

You will find large common areas with a TV lounge open onto the furnished outdoor terrace and access to relax in the mirror pool with a view of the Caribbean Sea.

The covered terrace is equipped with a garden furniture and a large dining table for 8 people where you will enjoy a magnificent view of the swimming pool and the sea.

You will also find on this same level, the large air-conditioned master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom equipped with a beautiful Italian shower, directly overlooking the terrace facing the pool.

Relax in the mirror pool and on the sun loungers available for travelers.

For the comfort of travelers, an outdoor shower is available near the swimming pool.

On the upper level, you will find a first beautiful air-conditioned bedroom with sea view and adjoining bathroom (shower and WC).

You will also find two other air-conditioned rooms with a sea view.
These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks, shower and toilet.

THE ROOMS

Villa Bleu Horizon can accommodate up to 8 adults in its 4 beautiful air-conditioned rooms. You will also find 3 bathrooms with WC.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, it is air conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed with a large wardrobe, a TV with cable channels + a private bathroom with Italian shower and double sinks. It has access to the terrace facing the swimming pool.

The second bedroom is on the upper level. It is air conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed and a sea view. This room has a private bathroom (sink, shower and WC).

The third bedroom is also upstairs. It is air conditioned and includes a 140cm double bed, a wardrobe and enjoys a sea view. It also has a bathroom (double sinks, shower and WC also shared with bedroom 4).

The fourth bedroom is also upstairs. It is air conditioned and includes a 180cm double bed (possibility of making two 90cm single beds), a wardrobe + sea view.

NEAR

The beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina of the tourist site of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are 2 km away. From the marina, there is a regular maritime link to Fort-de-France.

From its central position, excursions in the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree-top course, a horse riding club and tennis courts are a few km away, as well as golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d'Arlet is quick and direct.
