Lookout Ridge Lodge is a beautiful 4 bedroom cabin in the Pine Hill area that overlooks a clear cut, where you can sit on the porch and watch the sun rise and set!

The entire cabin is fully equipped with everything you need!

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, dishes, coffee maker, keurig, pots, all your baking dishes, grilling tools, etc.
All you need to bring is your food and drinks!

Lookout Ridge has 4+ spacious bedrooms!
Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with King size beds.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with King size beds and 2 sets of triple bunk

The downstairs bathrooms have granite countertops, walk-in tile showers, and porcelain tubs and toilets.
Upstairs bathrooms also have granite countertops and walk-in tile showers.

The two upstairs bedrooms are separated by a living area with triple bunk beds, couch, shuffle board, a basketball goal mounted on the wall, small children's table and chairs with books and large flat screen TV. For the gamers there is even a retro video arcade game!

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and glassware. The island offers bar stools seated around it and transitions into the living room.

Lookout Ridge has a front, side, and back porch. On the top deck, youll have your rocking chairs, hot-tub, 2 couches, small living table, and flatscreen TV mounted above the rock built fireplace! It also has CornHole and HorseShoes.
Lower deck, has lawn chairs and outside dining chairs and table with a firepit, where you and your family can relax and enjoy the wilderness and its beautiful sights and sounds around you!

This luxurious cabin offers FREE Wifi. BBCL cannot be responsible for the speed or reliability of the signal from the service provider.

Comfortably sleeps 14.

Exceeding maximum occupancy results in additional charges, regardless of age.

Overcrowding of the cabin is not allowed

DOG friendly for small DOGS (25 lbs or less, 2 DOG Maximum). $50 DOG Fee per DOG.

Great Multi-Family Getaway

We loved our time at the cabin! The location was easy to find and perfect for our family! We had 11 of us plus 2 small dogs. The amenities were perfect and the space was more than enough for all of us. The only complaint was that there was a ton of pollen residue all over the outdoor area that we had to sweep and clean up on our own. It was complaining caked on the entire decking, handrails, and outdoor furniture that wasn’t completely covered. Small nuisance, but we just took care of it. Make sure to take your own shampoo & conditioner as well. We forgot to take our own and shared one set between the 3 families. Overall, we had an amazing stay and recommend it to anyone needing a larger space with lots of activities for children (& playful adults).

Family get away

Perfect place for family get away. It was clean. Plenty of space for 12 people. Would like to come back here in the winter.

We enjoyed this property and all was well. We had two minor maintenance requests and the response time and service was excellent. Would recommend.

4 days in Hochatown

Nice property, but not $500 a night nice. Several small annoyances. Firepit full of half charred debris, and no tools or ash bucket to clean it out, so we just added to the mess. 3 horseshoes instead of 4... 3 ping pong paddles instead of 4... 3 beanbags of one color instead of 4 for the cornhole game. Cloudy water in the hottub. While those are not 'house' items, those activities were factors in selecting this house to rent. Interior of house clean, but exterior is neglected. I understand it's outside, but at least sweep the steps and porch before someone checks in. Judging by the spiderwebs on the front steps and railings, that isn't on the cleaners list. Doorsteps have caked on dirt. On checkout day, the cleaning crew arrived at 10:00 AM, and sat outside as we packed up. Once again, a small thing, but it was an uncomfortable feeling and made us feel rushed to load up and leave.

Wonderful Weekend!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lookout Ridge this weekend. Everything was perfect, from the number of beds to the outdoor amenities (ping pong table, fire pit, hot tub). We were close to local activities and enjoyed a nice hike on the Friends Trail Loop, kayaking on the Mountain Fork River, and horseback riding at Beaver’s Bend Depot. 10/10 recommend!

Family Christmas 2021

This was the perfect getaway for our Christmas. We had 3 generations under one roof with plenty of room for everyone. It is a great house both inside and out.
