Detta är en nyrenoverad 2 sovrum, 1 badrum lägenhet som sover 6 bekvämt. Det designades och dekorerades med en mycket ren, modern & LUXE-atmosfär! Uppmärksamheten på detaljer beskrivs över hela platsen och är verkligen en i ett slag i byggnaden!

Huvudsak: Det moderniserade köket öppnar sig in i vardagsrummet. Köket har alla Nya apparater och är utrustad med det väsentliga för att laga en liten måltid om du vill. Köksön har 5 barstolar för gott om sittplatser. Vardagsrummet har en mycket mysig känsla eftersom det finns en elektrisk spis för dig att koppla av och njuta av medan du tittar på en av dina favoritprogram på DIRECTV.

Bad: Det finns en dubbla handfat fåfänga & stående dusch. Det finns gott om färska handdukar. Alla sängkläder och extra filtar finns, inklusive bäddsoffan. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare är också för användning.

The perfect place to stay while in Nashville!! Beautiful property and amazing owners. Look forward to staying at one of their homes again soon. A perfect location to everything we could have asked for, the guitar pool was a fun bonus! Amazing owners that were easy to stay in touch with, very accommodating, and went above and beyond every expectation!! Wonderful stay, wonderful property, and wonderful owners! Where do I begin? This property was easy to get in and out of with ample instructions from the hosts. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee!, filters, soap of all kinds, shampoo, conditioner, the list goes on! It might seem trivial but when you’re only there a day or two, it makes a difference in packing and not having to hit a store for the little things. The beds were very comfortable and the fact that there is a separate room for the toilet and shower is convenient when you have multiple people staying and trying to get ready at the same time. It’s in a quiet area but easy to access Broadway and all of the nightlife. I would definitely stay here again!Thank you Lacey & Derek!

Marathon weekend

The rental is clean, comfortable, and located in a perfect area of Nashville! We could easily walk, use the electric scooters, or use ride share to the downtown bars, restaurants, and attractions. The rental had all of the necessary amenities to prepare meals. We will definitely rent again.

perfect weekend getaway

The condo was the perfect stay for a short weekend get-away. There was plenty of space (2 adults and 3 older teen/ young adults) and the condo was well equipped with anything one could have needed. It was about a 20 minute walk to broadway bars. The condo was very clean and the check-in/ check out process was simple. The owners were very responsive.

Great location, modern and clean!

Loved our stay! The two bedroom setup was perfect for us. Very clean with every amenity you need and 5 minute uber to all of the sites. Would definitely stay at this location again.

This condo was fabulous!! Super comfortable beds, incredibly clean, sooo cozy. Trendy decor. The only thing we didnt realize was that the initial code we recd went to the back entrance... so we thought we were locked out for a while. Thankful for gracious neighbors who eventually let us in.

SKOL Trip

4 of us came in for Vikings/Titans game. This property was perfect for our small group. Its in walking distance or short uber ride to Broadway and stadium. Beds were comfortable and place was really clean. We were able to check in early host made the proces super easy. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Thought the area was nice and safe.

Great location

Great safe neighborhood- walking distance to the gulch, broadway, pedal tavern. Clean place with comfy beds, great water pressure in shower. Pool was filthy but it is towards the end of the seaaon. We would stay here again!

adorable condo

The place was decorated so perfectly, lots of adorable touches. It was the perfect location for multiple guests, as the sink, the shower room, and the bathroom, were all separate areas so lots of us could get ready at the same time. Derrick and Lacey were both so nice! We loved the location and would recommend!

Buyer Beware

Who are we: We have been on both sides of vacation rentals over the last 13 years as hosts with the highest rating possible on another site. Nothing like this, ever!The positive: The apartment was clean and well designed. the location superb.The negative: As we exited the elevator on the 6th floor we were met with a noxious odor - my son gagged. We went into the unit and while the odor was less prominent it was still there and awful. only two windows and one broken so we couldn't air it out. the awful - I reached out to the host to let them know what was happening. We did not hear back for about an hour and during that time left for a hotel. It was not possible to stay in the stench.The host responded overnight saying they went there and there is no odor.I reached out again in the morning asking to meet at the property before 11 am or after 2 pm - I had to work during the middle hours. The host responded saying they had already been there and there is no issue. Later they offered to meet at 12 noon and only at 12 noon.I reached out to VRBO and they organized a call with the host. During the call the host called me a liar, called me a child and would not agree to meeting me there at any time except noon. When the VRBO agent suggested that there may have been an odor and to meet with us there the host argued with them as well and said "my property is perfect".The host kept our full payment, did not attempt to relist the unit or offer anything.

Great location & Super cute

Our kids love country music and wanted to see live music. This condo was in a perfect location. Close enough to Broadway and far enough away when it was time to go back to the condo. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!!! My kids loved the guitar shaped pool and took advantage of a quick swim. Lacey responded quickly to questions and was a pleasure to work with. We would certainly stay here again, no questions asked.

Great location, cute and clean

The place was in a great location, safe and clean. Overall we had a great stay, but there were some hiccups... We woke up one morning, to find out there was no water... It was very frustrating not knowing what was going on; there were 8 of us, not being able to flush toilets, etc. We contacted the property manager but it took several messages to hear back. We finally got the explanation - no water due to some local construction pipe damage… which can happen and I understand. But the time it took for the property manager to inform us was unacceptable. It takes two seconds to text or call and say – “we got your message and we are looking into it” – that’s all we wanted to hear. One more little thing that was frustrating - kitchen knives - not a decent knife to cut anything all - old dull knives. Overall - did we like the place and location? Yes. Would we rent it again? I think so… - things happen - but communication is the key.
