This villa includes a private chef, a butler, daily housekeeping and an on-site villa manager. During your stay at Villa Palma, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. These include a 27-hole golf course, clubhouse with restaurant and bar, pool area with swimming pool and kids pool, and more. This is the perfect place to experience an unforgettable Caribbean getaway.

LOCATION:

Villa Palma is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located on the golf course with views of hole 7 (Benjamina).

Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.

The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. There are also plenty of great local restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities located just outside the resort.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

VIP inclusion: Access to Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant on Bávaro Beach (advance reservations required). Complimentary transportation is included with a minimum consumption of US$ 25 per person at the restaurant/bar, which must be paid upon booking via a secure payment link to confirm your reservation. You will receive this amount as a credit for food and beverages at the restaurant/bar (no refund for unconsumed credit). Reservations are subject to availability and must be booked well in advance. Food and beverages from outside are not permitted at the beach club. NOTE: Food & beverages at the Jellyfish restaurant/bar and are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the restaurant. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply! Blackout dates are specific dates during which the beach club access is not available, e.g. due to private events.

NOTE: Villa guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, which is only for property owners.

THE SPACE:

Villa Palma is a stunning 6-bedroom, 6 1/2 bath, 2-story villa in a contemporary design and a spectacular, resort-style pool with a semi-Olympic lap pool (25 meters / 82 feet long), and a large Jacuzzi. NOTE: The Jacuzzi can be heated, but the pool cannot.

As you step through the front entrance, you`ll be greeted by a stunning view of the swimming pool, which is designed to seamlessly blend with the villa`s architecture.

The spacious living room, with its impressive double-height ceiling, features a comfortable sofa area, a large flat-screen TV, and a bar (beverages not included). Both the living and dining areas offer access to the swimming pool and backyard. From the living room, step onto the terrace, where a second living area awaits, complete with sofas, another TV, and a pool table, promising endless entertainment possibilities.

On the right side of the villa, you`ll find the kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and a spacious pool deck with sun beds, and an outdoor shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking during your stay, AND the villa includes a chef who will expertly prepare all your meals, adding a touch of culinary delight to your vacation (food and beverages are not included).

Enjoy your meals in the elegant indoor dining room with white dining chairs and a custom-built dining table, or opt for a more relaxed dining experience outside by the pool. The day is best spent relaxing in the sun, cooling off with a refreshing dip in the pool, and indulging in snacks in the poolside lounge. Challenge your friends to a friendly game of billiards and show off your skills at the pool table.

THE BEDROOMS:

Villa Palma has 6 spacious bedrooms, including 2 primary corner suites. There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 5 bedrooms upstairs.

NOTE: All bedrooms have 1 King bed, which can be separated into 2 Twin beds.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs, corner suite): The primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, desk and chair, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to a balcony with views of the pool and golf course.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, desk and chair, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, and access to a balcony with views of the pool and golf course.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs, corner suite): The 2nd primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, desk and chair, closet, ensuite bathroom with double shower, and access to a balcony with views of the pool and golf course.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, desk and chair, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to a balcony with views of the pool and golf course.

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, desk and chair, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower and tub.

Bedroom 6 (downstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, desk and chair, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with walk-out to the pool area.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club before arrival. All outside guests must be registered, and an additional fee will be charged. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
