Nestled in the heart of Punta Cana Resort & Club, our 5-bedroom luxury villa is not just a vacation rentalā€”itā€™s a cherished family home. We built this house with love, raised our children here, and filled its walls with unforgettable moments. Now that our children have grown and moved abroad, we invite you to experience the same warmth, comfort, and hospitality that make this villa so special.

Unlike many rentals, Villa Hacienda B54 was designed for family living, offering a sense of home that goes beyond luxury. Located within the prestigious Punta Cana Resort & Club, you will enjoy access to private beaches, world-class golf courses, the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center, Six Senses Spa, restaurants, and cenotesā€”all within a secure and tranquil environment. One of our favorite things is taking peaceful walks at sunrise or sunset, enjoying the lush greenery, tropical birds, and the beauty of nature that surrounds us.

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests, featuring three king-sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. There are also additional sleeping arrangements, including a crib and two inflatable beds for families traveling with children. You will have high-speed WiFi, spacious living and dining areas, and a private pool with sun loungers, ensuring relaxation at every turn.

A key part of your stay is our exceptional hospitality. Our wonderful in-house staff includes a dedicated maid and cook, ensuring a truly stress-free and indulgent experience. Our cook, Luisa, will delight you with her culinary expertise, preparing authentic Spanish and Dominican dishes such as seafood paella, tortilla de patatas, pollo guisado, fried green plantains, and her famous cheesecake. While ingredients are not included, we collaborate with YourConcierge, an external company that offers a premium grocery pre-stocking service. With this service, your fridge can be fully stocked upon arrival, and your first dinner can be ready to enjoyā€”a true luxury after a long journey. YourConcierge also provides extra services such as airport transfers and customized experiences, guaranteeing a seamless stay from beginning to end.

To make exploring the resort easier, your rental includes a 4-person golf cart, allowing you to move freely between the beaches, La Cana Club House (with a large pool, restaurants, and bars), Playa Blanca Beach Club, Playa Serena, and other exclusive areas within Punta Cana Resort & Club.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We always strive to offer flexibility when possible, depending on other guest arrivals and departures. If you share your flight details with us in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

We wish we could stay forever! We had a lovely family vacation (9 total- 6 adults, 1 teen, 1 child, 1 infant) and had the best time! The hosts were very communicative from the moment we booked. All of our questions were answered and they made everything easy. We worked with a fabulous concierge that helped us plan transportation, excursions, and dinner reservations, and also helped us plan our menu prepared by the fanstaatic chef, Luisa. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hosts and given a tour- they were so helpful! Luisa's meals were so delicious! The home is beautiful and well stocked. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our time here-- we already want to go back!

Making Family Memories

My family spent an amazing week at this home and it could not have been better in any way. The house was spectacular, the meals were out of this world, thank you Luisa and it reqlly felt like home away from home. Joaquin and Jacqueline could not have been more lovely or gracious. There is nothing I would change and thank you for making our little one feel so comfortable, she loved the stuffed elephant surprise you left her in her crib. Would without a doubt recommend this beautiful home and would stay again.

The photos don't do this property justice. It was just like thephotos and more. Everything was excellently decorated, comfortable, and very spacious. Each bedroom was roomy,linen and towels were soft and plentiful as needed.

We were fortunate enough to be graciously met by the owners upon arrival. Any questions we sent them during our stay were answered very promptly.Luisa and Lana are two of the most caring and hard working individuals I have ever met. The food was great. They kept us well fed and cleaned the house including bedrooms daily.We highly recommend that you.consider this villa for your next visit to Punta Cana.

Great Experience-Beginning to End

The owners of the property are absolutely lovely They were very responsive to our questions before booking the property and greeted us when we arrived to walk us through their home. The concierge, Ailia, was very proactive, responsive and thought of every detail. The cook, Luisa, prepared great meals and was very pleasant. 10/10 experience and would definitely come back!

Remarkable

Having never been to Punta Cana, I was not sure what to expect. Upon arrival, the host, staff, and concierge went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.The property and setup are immaculate. Itā€™s a beautiful home with a great pool and lots of space. We were surprised at how luxurious it all felt. Luisa and Lana, whom cooked for us, were accommodating and AMAZING cooks. They blew us away with every meal. We especially enjoyed the Dominican and Spanish cuisine. Having cooks really adds to the value of the stay. We only ate one meal off property (at Lola) and glad we mostly ate at house.The concierge was responsive and helpful.All in all, a beautiful stay. I would book this place again without hesitation.

Excelllent vacation

We stayed in this marvelous house with our grown children and their families. It was a beautiful home with all the amenities we could ask for , close to beaches and restaurants and activities. The owners greeted us personally and gave us a guided tour. We met the two wonderful women who cooked and cleaned for us. Everything went smoothly and we had one of the best vacations we have ever had. I highly recommend this house for the perfect vacation.

Perfect getaway

We had a fabulous time at Punta Cana resort. The weather was perfect, the house is gorgeous and meticulously cared for and the beaches are beautiful - soft sand and warm, clear water. Luisa is an excellent chef and the meals were delicious, plentiful and enjoyed by all. Jaquie is an attentive owner, and she helped me navigate the paperwork needed to enter DR which was getting me very frustrated! My 2 adult children, their partners and my husband and I loved the expansive feeling of the house, with doors open and a soft breeze throughout the day. The few suggestions/feedback I would give is that we did have some miscommunication with the Villa Manager, Your Concierge, in terms of what needed to paid in cash, whether we needed to bring shampoo and conditioner (bring!) and access to the Eco Park. The location of the villa is in a neighborhood that feels more like an upscale gated community than a bustling resort. I did a walk through the neighborhood every AM and saw lots of great homes going up. We went out to one dinner, to Bamboo in Tortuga, with the golf carts and had a fun and delicious meal. The highlight of our trip was probably the boat tour that we took with amazing snorkeling!

We had a great stay!

Family group of 9 for a visit during Thanksgiving (3 generations). House was immaculate and perfect for our stay. Luisa and Lana were so kind and prepared great meals for us. We loved the pool and sitting on the patio, and also enjoyed the AC when needed. We used the cart and rented a car to get around - it was very easy to get to the beach club and the Westin beach too. Location is great - a very short drive to the airport and supermarket. Joaquin and Jacqueline were very attentive and communicative after booking and gave a tour of the house to make us comfortable and show us around. Coordinating grocery delivery and meal planning was very easy. All in all, a great time was had by the entire family. Would strongly recommend this property to those looking. It was great!

Absolutely, our favorite family vacation! Our hosts were masterful at anticipating the needs of our family. They made us feeling extremely comfortable and welcome from the moment we stepped onto the property. The home was in excellent condition, spacious and tranquil. Access to local activities, shopping and adventures are exactly as described. More importantly, they will arrange everything. Together the hosts, on site staff and concierge allowed for each guest to have an exceptional experience because of their attentive service. Whether you want to explore Punta Cana or simply relax this location is a MUST STAY!

Absolutely fantastic!

This was an outstanding vrbo property - one of the best weā€™ve stayed at. Even with two families and a total of six kids in the house, there was ample space for everyone to relax. The provided golf cart made it easy to get to the soft, white sand beach. And the kids had a blast in the pool. Luisa was an amazing cook - we highly recommend adding that on to your vacation. We would go back to this property again without any hesitation!

Amazing!

Myself and my family stayed for about 9 days. This was an absolutely amazing experience. Our hosts were caring and quick to help with any questions we had or help we needed. The villa is the most beautiful villa I have ever stayed, with constant cleaning by our beautiful Louisa. Louisa was really helpful and gentle. I canā€™t wait to be back in Punta Cana and I know I will most likely be staying in the same villa. Thank you soo much Jacqueline, Jaoquin and ofcourse the ever gentle Louisa for giving us the best experience for my 40th Birthday. šŸ’™

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Punta Cana! I would highly recommend! For anyone looking to book, I wouldn't hesitate. Don't miss checking out the ecological reserve within the resort grounds. If you are a large group and thinking about renting a second golf cart, I'd recommend renting a car instead, it is cheaper than a golf cart rental and was nice to be able to go to grocery store, town etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Villa Paradise

There were only three of us, and this home had much more space than we needed, but the beauty, amenities, and location were unbelievable. It is rare for an estate to have dozens of 5-star reviews, so with that, I booked the villa, and from the moment I chatted with the owners, Joaquin and Jacqueline, I knew I had found the perfect place to stay. I suggest taking full advantage of Luisa and Lana to cook for you. The home is beautiful, with a feeling of warmth, quiet, peace, and luxury. We always felt safe and secure. The beaches were easy to reach with the golf cart provided; they were stunning and only a few minutes away. I could write on and on, but the previous reviews are accurate and speak for themselves. Luisa and Lana provided us with a level of service in the home, unlike any other at the villa. This truly is a beautiful place to stay.

Great family time.

We had a great time in this property. We were a big group of 6 adults and 5 children (including 2 babies.) The space was absolutely perfect. Paying for the extra service for food was the best decision it was delicious and so easy for our group. The hosts were extremely helpful. We will definitely love to go back.

Great Stay!

The property and staff were wonderful. The backyard was a terrific hangout space for playing games and spending quality time. Home is maintained beautifully and the staff was beyond kind. Food was delicious!

WOW!!

My family and I stayed here for a week andā€¦wow!! This property is 100% paradise. I have four teenagers and everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The property was so elegant and clean. The house staff members Luisa and Lana were amazing. The food was prepared and every meal was delicious. The rooms and pool were kept clean and managed well. Communication with the owners was perfect. Any question I had was answered in a quick and timely manner. He was there to greet us and take us on a tour when we arrived. This home is pure luxury!
