Holiday home located on the heights of the old village, in a quiet street, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the hinterland, near the train station (1km) and amenities, and the gates of Spain.
Proximity to the beach and the diving club, as well as the hinterland (hiking, mountain biking ....)
With 2 terraces including 1 overlooking the bay of Cerbere, and a small garden, this house on 1 floor (120m2) has 3 bedrooms: 2 downstairs (1 with 140x190 bed, 1 with 2 bunk beds) and 1 upstairs (cot 160x200). On the floor: 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 equipped kitchen with full view on sea, 1 room of water with separated TOILET. On the ground floor, small lounge and fitted kitchen, as well as 1 bathroom and separate toilet.
The house is fully equipped with appliances (oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob (vitroceramic), coffee maker, toaster, ..) and outdoor equipment (deckchairs, parasol, hammock, plancha, ..).
It is equipped with Wi-fi and has a flat-screen TV on each floor.

Weekly rate: from 600 € to 800 € depending on the period (600 € from June to mid-July, 800 € from mid-July to mid-August, 600 € from mid-August to mid-September)

Een prachtig maar evenzo "oud" plekje.

Mooie lokatie. Huis is oud en verdient hier en daar wat opfrishandelingen.Maar, alles wat je nodig hebt is er en doet het prima.

Cette maison est très bien située et très agréable, du moins dans la partie supérieure où nous avons sejourné. Elle a un fort potentiel et pourrait être améliorée à peu de frais. Le séjour offre une vue magnifique sur le ependant C

Atmosphärisches Häuschen mit grandiosem Ausblick

Für uns zwei Personen war das Haus schon fast zu groß - die untere Wohnung haben wir gar nicht benötigt. Der kleine Karten und die große Dachterrasse sind fantastisch. Von der Ausstattung bietet das Haus alles was man braucht. Empfang und Kommunikation sehr gut. Ein bisschenschwierig sind die engen und steilen Straßen, aber das ist eben so wenn man an der Steilüste wohnt.

Beaux souvenirs.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison, bien équipée, dans un quartier très sympa. La maison est en partie dans la roche donc humide pour partie mais la pièce principale et les extérieurs sont super.Le propriétaire et gérant sont très arrangeants et sympa aussi .Nous espérons pouvoir revenir un jour.
