About this property

Sea view, facing the beach with pool - 3-bedroom apartment for up to 5 people

Beautiful apartment on the first floor with terrace with sea view and pool, ideal for families or adults. The apartment is fresh and bright. It is facing one of the most beautiful beach in Torrevieja. The residence is small and secure. You will find at your arrival the sheets and towels for your stay, the TV and the wifi as well as all the comfort of our family apartment. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with new beds and comfortable and 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room open to the kitchen, a bathroom and a scullery. The pool is secure. The property also has a paddling pool for small children.
We rent for the first time our housing for this summer period 2019 hence the lack of appreciation and comment. Do not hesitate to ask us questions because we want you to have a good holiday in our apartment.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Eine tolle Zeit

Vorteile: Die Wohnung ist gross, mit 2 grossen und einen kleinen Schlafzimmer, sehr nah am Strand, wo man tolle Wasser und einen sehr feinen Sand findet. Die Wohnung vefugt uber eine grosse Terasse, mit direkten Meerlick. Herrlich! Eine grosse, voll ausgestatete Kuche, wo man alles, wirklich alles findet was man braucht. Die Empfang lauft uber eine sehr nette, freundliche und total hilfbereite Damme.

Vacaciones con niños ideales

El apartamento, aunque le falta una reforma que según me cuentan esta prevista, cumple perfectamente las expectativas con respecto al anuncio. La urbanización es ideal con niños, se lo han pasado en grande. La playa cerquisima. Eso si...si tuviese aire acondicionado seria inmejorable! Aunque corre muy buena brisa del mar...pero la luz a mi me molesta para poder descansar. Pero sin duda que repetiría!
