Fantástica villa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ubicada cerca del centro de Torrevieja y a solo 7 minutos a pie del paseo marítimo y la playa de Los Locos. La villa se encuentra en una calle bastante residencial, a poca distancia de restaurantes locales, bares, tiendas, supermercados, etc. En el interior hay una fantástica sala de estar llena de luz y techos altos de 5 metros, cocina moderna con todos los electrodomésticos principales, 3 habitaciones (2 dobles con baño privado y un baño familiar, la villa tiene aire acondicionado y un sistema de satélite europeo ( algunos canales de habla inglesa). Reproductor de DVD, sistema de música, arriba es una segunda sala de estar grande con asientos, selección de libros de lectura, además de acceso inalámbrico a Internet y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita. Afuera hay una gran terraza a la sombra con zonas de estar y comedor y una barbacoa y una piscina privada, 2 tumbonas.


La Villa está ubicada en la Av. De las Gaviotas en la Urbanización Los Ángeles, Torrevieja es una calle residencial tranquila cerca del centro de Torrevieja y a solo 7 minutos a pie del mar, muchos restaurantes locales que ofrecen todo tipo de cocina, buenos bares y cafeterías. tiendas supermercados bancos etc. Excelente ubicación tiene todo a una corta distancia a pie: no se necesita automóvil a menos que desee hacer turismo.

Good location. Villa was perfect for out family everyone had their own bathroom. Supermarket 5 mins walk. Beach 15 minute walk and the shopping center is around 25 mins walk. We went to Los Angles a few times which is less than a minute a way. We played paddle board there. Mikel was very helpful.

Excellent destit

Lovely family orientated holiday, close to all amenities, short walk to beach and supermarket, bar and restaurants close by, house was clean, spacious, good Aircon,WiFi and fans, good pool area. Mikel was very friendly and great host. Highly recommend this house. Stayed for two weeks would have loved to stay longer.

Wonferful find

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. We arrived late and Mikel's son Unai met us with supplies that he had picked up for us. The villa was everything and more, every thing you needed was provided, the shopping trolley was a god send! spotless clean, pool cleaned twice a week. Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, local town of Torrevieja 15 minute walk. Good restaurants and bars all reasonably priced. Never slept so well, quiet area. Thank you so much for letting us stay! Hope to visit again very soon.

Very clear communication from the owner right from the start. Villa is perfect in every way and lacked nothing pool was ideal for cooling down and sunbathing on the terrace. Small local restaurant and entertainment two minute walk. Lovely peaceful quiet area. Excellent supermarket a 5 minute walk. 15 minute walk to the quiet end of torrevieja but quite far from the busier part. Easy to get taxi from the villa but not so easy to get back although restaurants often help by booking them for you once you have eaten. Thanks very much for sharing your home we had a lovely stay

Amazing villa in a fabulous location. Communication from start to finish with Mikel was exceptional. Very friendly offering local recommendations whilst also respecting personal space. The villa itself was spotless! Having air conditioning in all rooms was a bonus and enabled a great nights sleep in very high temperatures. Pool was definitely a highlight and I really didn’t want to leave it! Teenage and young adult sons enjoying the Padel courts only a minute walk away, along with pool tables, air hockey, drinks and bar food. A 15 minute walk to beach.Definitely hope to return in the future. Thank you for everything Mikel!

Family Friendly Home

This traditional family home in a residential area was just right for our family of 6 aged between 1-59. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away with a restaurant/sports bar around the corner playing fabulous live music most evenings. The closest beach is a 10/15 minute walk which also leads to lots of bars and restaurants all the sea front. The private pool is also lovely. Mikel is a fabulous host who goes above and beyond what one would normally expect from a host…extremely helpful. Great home from home!

August family holiday

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks and had an amazing time.The villa is fully equipped and the pool is a good size and provided our 2 boys with plenty of entertainment.The host Mikel is a lovely friendly man who greeted us on arrival and was there to say goodbye when we left.Throughout our stay Mikel answered any queries we had straight away which was great. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and a 20 minute walk to the town where there are lots of restaurants and bars.We got a taxi on an evening which cost around 6 to 7 euros and saved us the walk in the heat.Situated across the road from the villa is a bar and restaurant called Los Angeles which served lovely Tapas,cocktails and a wide variety of other drinks.We loved our stay and will be back next year.

Great villa with pool for family holiday in Torrevieja

We really enjoyed our holiday, the villa was very well equipped with everything that we needed, even beach towels and beach umbrellas were provided! The owner, Mikel, is a great guy and was extremely helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is located in a quite residential area, with the beach and supermarkets within a gentle 10 minute stroll. There's a restaurant approx 100 yards away, that has a huge outdoor pool and had entertainment most evenings; we had tapas one evening and went for a BBQ also, both were good value. We didn't hire a car as we have stayed in Torrevieja before and enjoyed strolling along the beach promenade in the evenings. We stayed with our 2 teenage girls (wifi worked fine 😄) during August 2019, the weather was 30 deg.C plus every day, so we're glad that the villa had sun shades, air con and a swimming pool to cool down in. The beds were comfy and it was great that all bedrooms are ensuite. We walked to Aquopolis water slide park, which took approximately 20 minutes and really enjoyed the slides. We would definitely recommend the villa for a relaxing family holiday. Martin, Jo and family

Vacaciones inolvidables

Acabamos de pasar unos días maravillosos en Dar Saioa,todo muy limpio,acogedor y amplio.La piscina una gozada,con sus hamacas y la terraza con su barbacoa una maravilla para hacer comidas.Mikel y su mujer son un encanto ,han sido unas vacaciones perfectas para repetir, gracias por todo ,volveremos seguro !!!!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, het huis is mooi en ruim alles was aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf en een mooie zonnige tuin.10 minuutjes lopen naar het strand een paar minuutjes vanaf een supermarkt en restaurantjes genoeg in de omgeving.De eigenaar Mikel en zijn zoon Unai hebben ons hartelijk en warm ontvangen.Zeer aardige mensen en heel behulpzaam.Wij komen zeer zeker terug. Was sollen wir sagen, es war ein großartiger Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus. Wir waren 4 Wochen in dem Haus, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter, Miguel, ist ein super Typ. Wir hatten nette Gespräche. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Alles Wichtige ist in kurzer Entferning erreichbar. Auf jedenfall empfehlenswert auch und gerade für Langzeiturlaub, Wir kommen sicher wieder.

We will be back!

What a find! We are regular visitors to Torrevieja and this was our first time staying in this house, but it won't be our last. Mikel is an excellent host and he made everything easy for us. The location for us was great, it's a short walk to the beach and from there it's nice just to wander along the front where there are many bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket close by and also its easy to get the bus to neighbouring La Mata from just a street away. The house is well equipped, everyone had their own bathroom, the kitchen had things like salt and pepper etc, there is a TV with access to Netflix etc (but to be honest we never even switched it on as all our time was spent outside). Huge thanks to Mikel for making us so welcome. We can't wait to come back

Zeer gezellig en praktisch huis !!!Hartelijk verwelkomd door Migel ,(eigenaar)Migel staat altijd klaar als er iets is .Voor oudere personen ,die niet beschikken over een wagen,wel een afstand naar de supermarkt maar hebben het wel overleeft.Een 650 m naar de supermarkt .Het meeste storen komt met de muziek in de omgeving op zaterdag en zondagavond.Verder niets op aan te merken.Een aanrader!!!

Had a great 10 night family stay. Mikel is really helpful and was on hand when we arrived to give us a little tour of the area and even took us to the supermarket for us to do a bit of shopping. The accommodation is lovely with 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms and the pool is great. Location is ideal. About 10 minutes walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and then maybe a further 20 minutes to get round the coast to a slightly busier part of Torrevieja. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Trevligt och gemytligt litet hus med mysig terass och skön pool. Hyresvärden Mikel var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig, erbjöd bl.a. skjuts till affären vid incheckningen.

Excellent villa in a lovely location

We have recently returned from a week’s stay in the villa. There were 3 adults and 3 children aged 2, 4 and 7. The pool was great for the children, the older two spent hours each day playing in it and it was perfect for our two year old as the gate round the pool can be shut. The villa is very well equipped, lots of towels provided and it’s very clean. Mikel is a great host, very responsive and any questions are answered super quick. The villa is in a residential location which is removed from the built up front of the beach area however it’s only a 20 minute walk, probably quicker without children and all the paraphernalia that comes with them. We had a lovely time, the weather was beautiful and we hope to be back soon, thanks Mikel 😀
