This spacious home welcomes you with an open living space with eleven-foot ceilings, natural light, plush sofas and chairs, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cookware essentials, and teal island seating, and adjacent is the adorable coastal dining room, and on the main floor balcony is a BBQ grill.

Follow the stairs up to the third level, and you will find the peaceful primary bedroom featuring a private balcony and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in shower. Four bedrooms have cheerful beach décor and king beds, two have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and three have balcony access. The sixth bedroom was designed for kiddos or guests young at heart with a bunk bed and shares the third-floor hall bath with a walk-in shower. A half bath, laundry room, and a sleeper sofa are on the main living floor.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
