Our stay was excellent. The house was well maintained and everything was clean. The kitchen was well appointed, bathrooms stocked well. Complimentary toiletries were also provided. The views from the roof top were fantastic. Walking distance to just about everything. The pool area was great. The covered area was clutch during a few rain storms. Big drive way, accommodates 4 cars. Lots of bathrooms. Lots of beach gear. Only minor downside was the boat yard next door which could be noisy at times. Other than that…this place was amazing.

Our stay was very nice, we rented this home last year also. The home definitley needs some work done, needs a new washer and dryer, the floor needs some work, alot of small things. Otherwise, excellent spot to stay and had a great time.

The location is excellent, offering ample space. Our small group appreciated having private bathrooms, which made this an ideal choice for us. It is conveniently situated just a few blocks from the beach and Bridge Street. The air conditioning functioned perfectly on all floors, and the property was clean, well-stocked with kitchen essentials, and featured a pristine pool with plenty of towels. We couldn't have asked for more. This was truly one of our most relaxing trips. Thank you.

Location was great! The beach, shops, restaurants and bars were all in walking distance. Pool and backyard was nice and perfect for little kids. We had an issue with the kitchen sink faucet and the bunk beds were broke at the top but it was all fixed and taken care of with no issues after.

We had a large group come to the island this time. The house comfortably fit all 8 of us! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for us. An easy walk to Bridge Street and the beach!

The property is fantastic! Great size and incredible rooftop deck for sunsets. Fits 9 with kids comfortably with multiple bunk beds and game room. Easy walk to beaches and pier for excursions or restaurants, bars & shopping.

Everything was good except 2 of the top bunks bed frames were broken so we were short 2 beds. Toilets were in need of repair also. Handles need attention due to on going running of the water.

Solid property, close to both sides of the island, shops, restaurants, beach. Great backyard with pool and spa. Had plenty of beach stuff to use. Check in at 4 was not as flexible as led to believe and check out at 10 was tuff.

Exactly as desribed. Perfect vacation

Everything was perfect. The house is exactly as described. Perfect location. A couple of minutes walk to beach or shops and restaurants. Multiple families vacationed here and there was enough room for all. Any questions or issues they are quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.
