Quaint two-story apartment. Semi-private entrance in the rear with off-street parking and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen occupies the first floor, with the living room, bathroom and bedroom on the second floor.
Situated in historic downtown, within walking distance are restaurants, micro-breweries, and grocery. Convenient to York Revolution baseball stadium and Penn park featuring basketball & tennis courts as well as a playground & seasonal splash park.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all dishes, pots and pans you will need to cook. There are historical touches throughout this apartment, and you will find the original deed paperwork in the living room. Upstairs there is a modern, comfortable pull-out couch that sleeps two. The living room has another sofa and a ROKU set-up on the television for your viewing pleasure. Step out of the living room to a private balcony overlooking the walled courtyard.
Parking is off street and conveniently located next to the gated entrance to the courtyard. You will not need your car again if you are exploring downtown York, which is steps away from the apartment!
