TREG'HOME, Lovely renovated self-catering cottage near the coast

Our cottage "Trég'Home" has been completely renovated for the greater comfort of holidaymakers in search of calm and exceptional stays. Located in the bay of Saint-Brieuc, the cottage is 7 minutes from the first sandy beaches and the GR®34 (customs trail) that runs the entire costarmorican coastline and offers hikers or simple walkers breathtaking views of its coves, its cliffs, its moors .... The cottage is ideally located between the Côte de Granit Rose and the Côte d'Emeraude which also offer their visitors breathtaking landscapes.
Rural style, the cottage is a beautiful little stone house completely renovated + 60m2.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The cottage has a WIFI access (Internet and TV).
It is fully equipped for a family stay of short or long duration.
The kitchen is new and its equipment is very complete (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, ...).
The living room is equipped with a sofa, ottoman and a flat screen TV.
The bathroom is functional thanks to its Italian shower, washing machine and WC (hanging).
Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with 1 double bed and a loft bedroom with 2 single beds. The steps of the stairs accessing the floor are narrow.
A furnished terrace facing south gives access to a large garden (common to other tenants). A large trampoline will delight children, young and old.
Parking spaces are private.

The beds are made upon arrival (service included in the rental price).
Towels are not provided but can be provided on request (+ 5 € / person).
Loan of baby equipment on request and at no cost (cot, mattress, safety fence, high chair).
A deposit ranging from 150 € to 250 € will be required upon arrival (depending on the length of stay).
Our friends dogs are not allowed and parties are not allowed.

We are available from the proximity of our place of residence to 100m.

Crêperie, grocery store and bread store in the village.
The cottage is located in the countryside, in a very quiet hamlet and is adjoining another rental. The 2 rentals are separated from a wall high enough to avoid everything overlooked and allow a great tranquility to the tenants.
The cottage is close to our dairy farm (100m) and the sea (7 minutes from the first beaches of Binic, Saint-Quay, ..).
Zoological park 5 minutes walk (1km)!
