Awesome location. Directly on Playa Postiguet. Beautiful sea view. 9th floor. Prefect location for walking to tapas, many tapas places around. The owner is opening up his joint partnership of a tapas bar next to apartment entrance. Be sure to check it out when it opens up. Apartment building is directly in front of Castell de Santa Barbara.

3 Weeks in Alicante

The property is in the best location. Only 3/4 minute walk into center of town. View is spectacular and the street is quiet (no nightclubs or bars). There's a walkway over to the beach which couldn't be more convenient. Talking of the beach, it's kept in pristine condition and has a Blue Ribbon status. Plenty of good restaurants and shops. Loved it.

A really great holiday.

We had a wonderful ten day stay in this apartment - it was comfortable, roomy and well equipped. There was some road noise when the balcony doors were open, but not a sound from inside the building. There was ample heating for those cool nights ( it was the first ten days of March), and aircon for summer. The two factors that really make this apartment special are the position - literally only two minutes from the pristine beech and five to ten minutes stroll from the centre of Alicante - and the fabulous views of the bay from the lounge and balcony. The only downside from the British point of view was the tv had no English channels. The whole building was kept spotlessly clean and Javier was really friendly and helpful. We were delighted with our choice of property for our Alicante stay. Thank you Javier. Ian and Joan

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen en mochten de laatste dag later uitchecken. Eigenaar is makkelijk via app te bereiken. Heerlijk verblijf, alles op loopafstand. Er is een parasol en strandstoelen.Heerlijke warme douche en goeie bedden!Grote koelkast met vriezer, erg makkelijk. Makkelijk met tram, metro en bus.Perfecte week gehad. Dankjewel Jarosa!

Ons feestelijk verblijf in Alicante, februari 2025

Ideale ligging bij centrum van Alicante en strand. Alles op loopafstand. Lekker balkon, goed er te verblijven zolang er zon was tot 4 uur. Prima bedden.Vriendelijke ontvangst door de heer Rodriguez die aangaf ook later beschikbaar te zijn als dat nodig mocht zijn. Wij, een echtpaar op leeftijd, overwegen herhaling over een jaar.

Perfectly located apartment with a beautiful view!

Piso muy céntrico con preciosa terraza y vistas a la playa! El checkin fue muy fácil y el anfitrión fue muy servicial durante toda nuestra estancia. Hay un sendero directo a la playa y está a pocos pasos del paseo marítimo y del centro. Las camas eran un poco duras e incómodas después de unos días, pero esa fue nuestra única queja. La cocina está bien equipada con lo suficiente para cocinar y también hay una lavadora con suministros. En general, tuvimos una estadía increíble y lo recomendaríamos 10/10.

Appartement proche de tout avec une vue magnifique

Appartement proche de tout avec une vue magnifique. Javier nous a réservé un très bel accueil et est toujours disponible. En amont, il nous a demandé notre heure d’arrivée à l’aéroport, la location étant prête, il nous a permis de venir plus tôt ce qui a évité des frais de consignes et de nous installer plus tôt.Il s'est assuré du bon déroulement de notre séjour et retour. Je reviendrai chez lui avec beaucoup de plaisir. Appartement exceptionnellement bien situé avec une vue magnifique depuis sa terrasse et bien équipé pour passer un séjour très agréable. L’immeuble est sécurisé, calme et la propreté est irréprochable comme l’appartement que nous avons loué 10 jours. Ses atouts : Accueil et disponibilité de Javier. Plage en face, centre-ville à moins de 5 minutes à pied, Bus et tram à proximité. Appartement bien équipé et très agréable. Merci Javier!

Très bon séjour

Idéalement située en face de la plage et tout proche du centre-ville, boutiques à proximité, nous sommes restés 2 semaines sur place sans la nécessité de louer un véhicule car le tram est tout à côté. Le propriétaire est très disponible. Expérience à renouveler.

Une magnifique vue sur la plage

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaines dans ce jolie appartement tres propre et tout équipé ,le propriétaire nous a bien reçu c'est une personne gentil et a l’écoute,il a été bienveillant, tout nous a bien été expliquer, la vue est incroyable et l'accès direct a la plage est juste a l’entrée de l’immeuble . Perfect location

Javier’s apartment is located in the old part of town and perfectly positioned with a lovely view overlooking the beach. It is literally a 6 minute walk into the city. The famous Castle Barbara and the Contemporary Museum of Art is only 4 minutes down hill as is a small supermarket. The apartment itself is spacious but lacking in modern amenities. If you intend to cook, there are few utensils and only one tea towel and no dish cloth. However, we would definitely return as you can’t beat the location. Thank you Javier for being a generous host. Goede locatie, bij zee en strand en dichtbij de stad. Ruim appartement. Negende verdieping. Tussen de flat en de zee is een autoweg. Meubels, bedden en dergelijke zijn oud en niet comfortabel.

Vistas espectaculares

Apartamento ideal para una pareja, tiene de todo y está muy bien situado. Sin ruidos porque es un noveno. Te cobran 30 € por la limpieza y merece la pena porque está muy limpio. La única "pega" para clientes exigentes pero que a nosotros no nos ha importado es que una parte del mobiliario es viejo y algo deteriorado. Problemas para aparcar en la zona

Extremely good

It is a charming apartment right close to the beach and conveniently located near an old city centre. We are filled with admiration for a lovely terace with a stunning sea view . Rooms are perfectly clean and spacious, bathroom as well. There are even a sun umbrella for you to use while staying. Javier is extremely friendly and attentive.

Top - Sehr empfehlenswert - es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Der Vermieter ist sehr liebenswert und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral und hat alles was man so braucht. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend! Der Strand und die Strandpromenade mit einigen Fitness-Möglichkeiten sind gleich gegenüber. Cafes, kleiner Supermarkt, Friseur, Apotheke, Früchte Bäcker und Metzger sind gleich nebenan. Das Stadtzentrum und der Jachthafen sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Sehenswert ist das Kastell Santa Barbara, mit einem schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Der Aufzug zur 160 m hoch gelegenen Burganlage ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
