単一のオープンルームに約65 m2の面積が分布しています。
150 x 190 cmのダブルベッドと90 cmのソファーベッド。 広々としたシャワー付きのバスルーム。

Alicante

I didn’t know Alicante before I chose the location. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise and the location I chose was even more of a pleasant surprise. Paola was very receptive and helpful. She had a brochure of places to see and things to do. I was able to walk everywhere and it was a city that was easy to get to know. I would definitely come back and rent this apartment again.

TODO PERFECTO!!!

Estudio céntrico pero en una zona muy tranquila. Muy acogedor y confortable. Por fuera el edificio es algo antiguo, pero una vez que entras te quedas sorprendido del buen gusto con el que Paola lo ha decorado (todo reformado). Paola es muy agradable y se portó muy bien con nosotros. Repetiríamos sin pensarlo!! Un saludo, Carlos y Paola

Sylish,comfortable, great location

Lovely apartment, very clean and well kept. Location was superb - within easy walking distance of the old town, the main town and the sea front. Tucked away in a maze of back streets it was very quiet and felt very safe - the only advice would be not to try and find it yourself the first time - even our taxi driver and some friends with a sat nav, had a bit of difficulty. Paola was very friendly and helpful. Definite recommend to other couples.

Un Loft très sympathique

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable à Alicante. Le loft de Paola qui est de surcroît architecte à très bien été agencé. Il est calme, spacieux et confortable. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et à 15 minutes des plages. Les commerces se trouvent tous a proximité. Je vous recommande ce studio pour 2 ou 3 personnes maximum.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment, beautifully designed with all the amenities you could need in a great location. Short walk to the barrio, shops and beach. In a lovely quiet area but only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Alicante town centre. Paola, the owner, was very helpful and checked to make sure we had settled in ok. She had also provided lots of info about the local area which was very useful. Would highly recommend San Vicente bakery on calle San Vicente, a couple of streets away for breakfast, delicious food and a warm welcome. Try Coscorron for a lovely Mojito and a great atmosphere and El Meson de Los Labradores for their famous chupi chupi. Will definitely take another trip to Alicante and would love to stay at this apartment again. Thanks Paola!

Superb apartment!

This is a superb apartment tucked away down a quiet but very conveniently located street near to the castle, old town and city's amenities. It's spacious and has every convenience I could have wished for - washing machine, wifi, tv, airon, clean towels, spare beding etc etc (and all in good condition/working order). The owner is an architect and it's evident by the tasteful and clever design of the apartment and its fittings. The owner was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I can't fault this accommodation. I'll certainly be staying there again on my next visit to Alicante.

Acogedoras vacaciones

La descripción del anuncio es precisa con relación a las fotografías. La propiedad estaba limpia y en buen estado. Recomendaríamos la propiedad a cualquier amigo o familiar. ¿Había sorpresas? Si. Paola es una persona encantadora, culta, sensible y educada. Hace la estancia feliz. Debería hacer fotos de los electrodomésticos y utensilios de la vida cotidiana, porque esto es importante y en su casa, esta bien organizado. Paralela a la calle Pozo, se encuentra la calle Diaz Moreau, con dos lugares interesantes. El bar "93" (detrás de la comandancia de la Guardia Civil) con unos bocadillos calientes excelentes, de lo mejor que hemos probado, con una buena relación calidad precio y mejor atención. Todos sabemos que es importante comer en un sito de confianza. Al principio de la calle el Horno-Panadería "Ismael", con buena bollería para desayunar. Casi a la misma altura que el 93, pero una calle mas abajo se encuentra la horchatería "Azul". Horchatería alicantina de barrio de toda la vida, donde se debe probar entre otras cosas la horchata con fartons.

Comfortable Very quiet!

I stayed at this place for 5 weeks! Loft very comfortable, clean and very quiet area, close to beach, Barrio, shopping and restaurant. Paola , the owner, is a wonderful person. I felt very welcome in her place. I recommend this place ...
