Beautiful modern apartment of 75m2 + terrace of 20m2, composed of a lounge / dining room with air conditioning of 30m2 with TV, overlooking an open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine ...) and on the terrace with electric barbecue. On the opposite side, two bedrooms with quality bedding 160cm and 180cm (twin for 180) + a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
