私たちの休日の家La Peruelaへようこそ。

It is a beautiful villa with stunning views from the roof terrace. There was a very well stocked kitchen with all the items you could want. There were enough large pans/plates/cutlery that we could easily cater for a party of 8. The rooms were large enough that we never felt on top of each other.The pool is very clean and well maintained. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Nous avons passé 3 belles semaines dans cette maison! Cuisine bien équipée, barbecue au top, grande piscine, la maison est propre, lit confortable, de beau espace de vie. Super belle vue sur le lac et entourée des montagnes.Bien suivre les indications de l’hôte (dans le livret de la maison) pour arriver jusqu’à la maison, ces indications sont très précises et indispensables pour y arriver. A 20 25 mins de la plage de Torre del Marre. Hôte réactif en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons !!!

Nice rural villa with great views

The villa is well equipped for a family holiday. With no air con it was hot & humid the majority of the time but it was August so that was expected and the beautiful private pool helped to cool us down.

Calma y tranquilidad

Casa en medio de la montaña, acceso a traves de camino de tierra bien habilitado... si lo que quieres es tranquilidad en medio de la naturaleza, con vistas increibles a la montaña, olivares y un embalse, esta es tu casa. En media hora estas en la playa o en los pueblos blancos de la costa o de la montaña, de modo que tienes lo mejor de los dos mundos. La casa esta bien cuidada, tal y como se describe, ademas con entretenimiento de sobra como para no querer salir de ahi!! Tanto nos gusta que es el 4to verano que nos hospedamos aquí! Tobyn es un excelente anfitrion, no me queda mas que agradecer su amabilidad y buena disposicion! Hasta la próxima!!

Großzügige Finca in bester Lage

Die Finca ist, bis auf Klimaanlagen, voll ausgestattet. In den Schlafzimmern befinden sich jedoch Ventilatoren. Teilweise ist das Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings hält man sich sowieso eher auf einer der vielen Terrassen auf. Besonders die Dachterrasse bietet einen grandiosen Ausblick. Der Pool ist groß und gepflegt, allerdings ist die Poolleiter etwas wackelig. Wir haben am Strand von Nerja zwei neue Sonnenschirme gekauft und diese im Haus gelassen. Die nächsten Gäste können nun zwei Schirme mit an den Strand nehmen. Sie stehen am oberen Eingang hinter der Eingangstür. Insgesamt ein super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Maison confortable

Agréablement surpris par l'endroit qui est juste magnifique. La maison offre tout le confort afin de passer un bon séjour. Le seul point négatif est la climatisation qui est plus appréciable par des températures souvent élevées en été. l'hôte a répondu à toutes nos questions et a été d'une clarté efficace. Je pense revenir dans cette propriété pour mes vacances de printemps, ce fut une belle expérience. Merci Tobyn

Stunning location and facilities

Perfect location for peaceful break. Stunning views and well appointed Villa. All the family particularly enjoyed the Table Tennis & Pool table in the evenings as break form the swimming pool. Everything was provided including euro plug adaptors etc enabling us to travel light. Sitting on the rooftop terrace with a glass of wine enjoying the 360 panoramic was magical. Great base for travelling to local scenic spots, beeches, villages and Malaga which has a vibrant shopping centre. The owners provided a very helpful guide to local amenities. We can also highly recommend the following: Kayaking in Playa Burriana near Nerja (45 min drive). Excellent classy beachside refreshment & excellent cuisine at Rincon Del Sol. Hotel Vinuela (10 min drive), is a lovely setting for a special treat.

The house has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. Is comfortable and lots of games to play and don’t get bored. Perfect for families with small and big kids. Tobyn is very kind and has ready a complete guide of how everything works and what you can find in the surroundings, very helpful guide. Magnifique demeure!

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans la propriété de Tobyn à la Vinuela. Nous recherchions une maison calme et nous permettant de loger 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Cette maison était parfaite pour nos besoins. La piscine, une obligation sous le soleil estival, nous a bien rendu service! La maison est bien organisée et très propre. L'équipement laissé par le propriétaire permet d'occuper jeunes et moins jeunes pour tous types de temps. Enfin, elle est très bien située, près des grandes villes et idéale pour des expéditions partout en Andalousie. Nous recommandons chaudement!! Merci encore!

Nos ha gustado mucho, casa cómoda y muy familiar. Dispone de todo tipo de entretenimiento. Cerca de playas, paisaje muy bonito. Piscina mejorable, principalmente el acceso por la escalera que está roto. Algunas bicicletas tienen las ruedas pinchadas. De resto todo bien.

Great place for a family with children

A fantastic house, in a place with beautiful views. Spacious, and with many toys and activities to do inside the house, and of course a huge pool that everyone will love. Many terraces with sun and shade at different times of the day, to be able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner on them. We will be back.

Casa en zona rural, en la que encontraras todo lo que describe el anuncio y mucho más! Mesa de ping-pong, hockey, mini pool, juguetes para niños, TV por cable, peliculas, consola de videojuegos y videojuegos, piscina, vistas increíbles, posibilidad de bicicletas, patinetes, hasta un pequeño telescopio! Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, está muy bien equipada. En verano hace mucho calor en la zona, en la casa hay ventiladores y corre la brisa pero hubo momentos en que solo en la piscina estábamos a gusto (muy a gusto ;) ). El acceso es por un camino de tierra, realmente es imprescindible tener un coche para llegar y para moverse por la zona, que tiene muchas cosas chulas para hacer. La comunicación siempre apropiada (en inglés). Recomendable 100%, volvería sin duda!

Lovely rural villa

We really enjoyed the villa, it's in a great rural location with stunning views. It was well equipped with lots of nice outdoor seating and great for children with lots of toys etc. David the key holder was very helpful too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Fantastic location, well appointed villa. Home from home.

We stayed at La Peruela in August 2018 for two weeks. The villa is everything you might imagine from the pictures and videos and more. After two wonderful weeks, our family were very sad to leave! The villa is well furnished with everything you need to either have a fantastically-located base within the Andalucia region (e.g. Granada a simple day trip away), or a relaxing retreat with everything you need on site, and just a short drive down to the coast. With all the facilities provided at the villa, even entertainment-demanding children are well-catered for, and contact and services from the owner were great throughout the process and stay (especial thanks to neighbour David for co-ordinating on arrival and being on hand during the stay!). I would thoroughly recommend a stay at La Peruela for anyone looking to stay with a family in the region just a little away from the bustle of the coastal resorts.

Great location with beautiful views.

We had a great holiday. The house was comfortable for the 9 of us. Fortunately we were able to fix the pool, which had a leak, so we were able to have a great time in the water too! The property is great for the price we paid. The description on the website was really accurate and we were not disappointed at all. The house was clean and we had great contact with the owner who really quickly answered a couple of questions we had. I would recommend this property. We ate out at a restaurant in Los Romanos called El Charco and the food was good with a local touch and view was spectacular.

We're a family of 4 and work in the Glamping Industry. We're flat out with work throughout the summer and can only go to the house on half terms and Easter and Christmas holidays so we've decided to let other people enjoy our house when we're not there.

Location, Location, Location.
La Peruela is in a wonderful spot and being the last house down a no through track you feel like your on the edge of civilisation without stepping off.
It's 1.5km from a fast road to the coast and you can be on the beach in 20 mins and at Malaga Airport in 40 mins.
You have wonderful uninterrupted views that include everything from olive groves to rolling fields, Lake Vinuela and the mountains beyond.
The house itself is very spacious with 4 proper double bedrooms, a very substantial first-floor dining room with a modern kitchen off it and an even larger living room with large TV and U shaped seating and the option of snooker / pool or table tennis.

The house was built around two decades ago and was originally designed as two flats before it was knocked through into a two-story house. The upshot of this is lots of space, two bedrooms on each floor (making it perfect for two families to share), four terraces with different aspects and two verandas. This means you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to sitting out and can move around as the sun moves across the sky.
The house had sat empty for several years and has now been totally redecorated and updated so it’s clean and fresh with loads of quality imported furniture so it really feels like a home from home.
