Aufenthalt war ingesamt sehr schön. Vor allem die Lage ist hervorragend. Schade war, dass auf Beschwerden bezüglich der Sauberkeit der Wohnung erst 4 Tage später eingegangen wurde - da hatten wir dann selber schon durchgewischt. Und es gibt Kakerlaken in der Wohnung. Da wir aber zusätzliche Stühle mit hatten, konnten wir alles entsprechend hoch lagern.

Appartement rénové avec goût, rien ne manque. La petite plage en contrebas de la résidence est appréciable et elle se mérite :) :)

Point positif,la vue ,le calme , l'emplacement géographique. Point négatif , la propreté laisse à désirer, canapé inconfortable,la télé sert de déco car au moindre coût de vent ça ne fonctionne pas et 5 chaînes qui marchent.

Une semaine à BANYULS SUR MER

L'appartement est mignon dans l'ensemble, la literie est bonne dans la chambre (le clic clac n'a pas été utilisé). casseroles et poeles en mauvais état, manque de vaisselle. La vue est magnifique sur la mer et les rochers. Une petite crique avec une plage sont accessibles mais il faut marcher. Il y a de belles ballades à faire. On peut aller au port à pieds et en ville . les appartements sont calmes avec un voisinage très respectueux. IL SERAIT BON DE TROUVER UNE PLACE DANS LA CUISINE POUR UNE MACHINE A LAVER, (le lave vaisselle n'est pas utile à mon avis). En tout cas nous gardons un bon souvenir de cette expérience.

Appartement très agréable, facile d'accès avec vue imprenable sur la mer

De manière générale, l'appartement est agréable, bien agencé, facile d'accès au rez-de-chaussée, très lumineux. Il est approprié pour deux personnes avec un chien. Plus de deux personnes me semble un peu restreint même s'il y a un divan lit dans la pièce à vivre. On y trouve, de manière générale, le nécessaire pour la vie courante. le ventilateur dans la pièce commune est un réel plus. La terrasse était bien agencée mais il manque un parasol car le soleil du matin tape trop fort et on ne sait pas petit-déjeuner dehors. Un lave linge aurait pu être utile. Le frigo est également trop petit pour cette région où on doit mettre tout au frais. Seul vrai hic, ce sont les affaires personnelles des proprios qui prennent énormément de place dans les armoires qui ne sont pas très grandes. Et petite remarque: alors que l'accès est protégé par une barrière avec code, et normalement privatisé pour les appartements, des personnes venant au centre thalasso occupaient nos places. Cela provoquait des désagréments quand on devait décharger la voiture. Sinon, très bonne gestion de l'agence immobilière: personnel à l'écoute, très serviable, très sympathique...
