Quiet residence with private pool. Kitchen area with bar table with 2 stools, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, multifunction microwave and washing machine. Sitting area including sofa BZ 2p, shelf unit, console, TV cabinet and fan + 1 closet and 1 wardrobe.
Free municipal parking at 200m, beach 10minutes walk, all shops 15 minutes walk, municipal tennis 5 minutes walk. Bus stops to Cannes, Antibes or Nice 10 minutes walk.
