Beachfront villa in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Spectacular villa attached to the sea in the town of Costa Teguise, Lanzarote (Canary Islands).
It is located in an area of complete tranquility and rest. No noise, only nature and the sea.

With the sea always attached to the terrace. It has a stone beach for guests and a sandy beach (recommended for children and adults) at 150 meters.

The villa is prepared for both rest and leisure. It has 3 rooms, a XXL room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, blender, toaster, dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc.) and prepared for up to 12 people with bar area (6 stools) and table (6 chairs).
It has 3 rooms plus an additional one for children. It also has a terrace for rest (with table, chairs, umbrellas, hammocks, shower) and another terrace for leisure (barbecue, surfboard, fishing rods, snorkeling, clappers, float, etc).
Everything available for use and enjoy in your stay Villa Caracoles.


The villa is located in a privileged and exclusive area (600 meters away is the house of the King of Spain) and surrounded by all services. Less than 1km (you can walk) has bars and restaurants, clothing stores, supermarkets, discos, pharmacy, health center, golf course, police, etc. And services available such as diving courses, boat rentals, jet skis, rental cars or bicycles.

In 500 meters you have a bus and taxi stop (24 hours) and a large supermarket (open every day). Fully connected to the capital Arrecife in just 5km.


Lanzarote has an excellent climate all year round (18-25ºC) and only 20 days of rain per year, so it is always perfect to visit and enjoy Lanzarote. Even bathing in the sea (and more staying at Villa Caracoles).

You can visit exclusive sites worldwide such as Timanfaya, Jameos del Agua, Cueva de los Verdes, Papagayo, Los Hervideros, Mirador del Rio, etc. And other tourist sites such as Charco de San Gines, Villa de Teguise, Puerto del Carmen, Famara, La Graciosa, etc.

A super villa in a beautiful location

A really nice villa in a beautiful setting. An ideal place to relax and watch the ocean and occasionally dip your toes in. We loved the location being away from the larger tourist areas, but not too remote, and there is a good EuroSpar supermarket just a few minutes walk away. We would certainly come again.

Very Disappointing

Lots of steps inside and outside the Villa to contend with. Had to bounce our luggage down a full flight of steps, which is not shown on the photos when we arrived and left. Kitchen had a few pans, which I had to clean before using, no storage boxes for fresh foods to be refrigerated. Have stayed in other accommodation where everything you need is available for your use, eg.Spices, Cling film, foil etc. Not even pepper available. Tiny microwave oven as well. We tried to cook a pizza and gave up as the main oven did not work. No shade in most of the outside areas. The bit of shade we had snapped as it was flimsy and was repaired the next day. Was given a parasol instead which lasted a few minutes due to the wind. The sunbed cushions were dirty on both sides when we wanted to use them. Advertised as 3 bedrooms but the host locked one as she said it had her stuff in it ?? Only realised on leaving when she re-opened it that the WiFi router was inside this room. Would have been a problem if it had gone down.TV very limited. Lounge area very basic and uncomfortable as the seating was benches. Nowhere comfy to sit and read. Bathroom was okay but told not to flush paper down the Toilet!! Bedrooms we used were very nice and comfortable with plenty of storage. Host and her son were friendly enough. Overall disappointed for the cost of the stay and lack of amenities. We moved to a penthouse apartment for 10 nights from the villa which cost considerably less and was absolutely fabulous.

Haus am Meer

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach toll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten einen gemütlichen Komfort. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war prima. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder. Karin und Uwe

Herrliche Villa direkt am Meer

Die Villa ist toll, direkt am Meer gelegen, ruhig, d.h. man hört nur das Rauschen des Meeres, die Unterkunft hat alles was man so braucht, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Supermarkt in der Nähe, uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Das Häuschen ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Rauschen der Wellen wirkt beruhigend. Man kann sich wirklich sehr gut erholen. Als kleiner Tipp: Badeschuhe mit denen man ist Meer gehen kann, sollte man am besten dabei haben oder sich vor Ort besorgen. Das macht es mit den Steinen viel einfacher. Der Empfang von Marta war sehr herzlich (sie hat uns das Haus gezeigt), und Omar hat uns bei Fragen innerhalb von ein paar Minuten schriftlich geantwortet. Dafür möchten wir uns recht herzlich bedanken. :-) Toller Urlaub!

This beachfront villa is exactly that - down a few steps from the patio and you can dip your toes in the rock pools. The view is spectacular. The sound of the waves day and night is very therapeutic. The patio is in the sun right through the day and there are sails over part of the patio for shade if needed. We had fun watching the boats/ships with the binoculars available - especially when the sea was choppy. Costa Teguise with its beaches, shops and restaurants is very walkable along a very pretty promenade just after the King of Spain's residence (there is also a cycle path directly outside the villa) - we also walked to Arrecife which is a less pretty, longer walk but interesting. There is a dirt path right outside the villa which leads to a local supermarket -10 minute walk. Our hosts were available 24hrs a day but unobtrusive. Any questions/communication were answered promptly. The villa is alarmed for when you are out. We didn't have a car this time but there is parking available at the front of the villa.

Comfortable Villa right by the sea

If you love the sound of crashing waves this is the villa for you. All amenities you will need with space to relax outside with sunbeds and lovely sea views. We hired a car locally, to explore the area and visit some lovely local beaches and shopping areas. Great villa and price.

Magnifique maison au bord de la mer

Maison au bord de l'eau, très confortable et magnifiquement située. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Une semaine de rêve dans cet endroit idyllique à profiter de cet belle ile et à faire du vélo entre copains. Nous reviendrons en famille, c'est sur !
