BEACH HOUSE 100 M FROM THE BEACH LES SABLES VIGNIERS ILE D'OLERON

Recent house in very good condition, year of construction 2006, very well located between the beach (2 mm on foot), the pine forest and the wild dunes close by to make beautiful walks or bike rides
A very large network of cycle paths allows you to visit the island in complete safety, to get to the Domino market (10 minutes by bike and open during the summer season).
For most of your shopping in hyper markets are located about ten km by car in the town of Saint Pierre D'Oléron (in season from May to October a mini market located 50 meters away, allows you to find the products of necessities) as well as a restaurant, a pizzeria and a bar as well as bicycle rental companies are nearby (150 m).

The land is completely enclosed by a gate, parking for 3 vehicles in front of the house.

Enclosed garden with trees of 80 m² with a terrace at the front on this one, there is a barbecue and garden furniture.

The house includes a large living room / equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with two 160cm beds, 2 bathrooms (shower, bath, sink cabinet with storage, washing machine), dishwasher, American fridge, separate WC, living room is equipped a comfortable convertible sofa, a television and a hi-fi system.

Cleaning fees. 50EUR.
Cleaning costs will be invoiced to vacationers in the event of non-cleaning of the premises after the stay.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus,sehr sauber, sehr nah an einem wunderschönen Strand gelegen-nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar,zu unserem Reisezeitraum war jeden Abend Musik (ca. 21h bis 23h) vom gegenüberliegendem Campingplatz zu hören, Bäcker in der Nähe.

un petit cocon

Maison fort sympathique, décorée avec goût. Pièce principale très agréable à vivre. Les deux chambres sont spacieuses. La maison est vraiment proche de la plage et à cette période de l'année nous avons apprécié le calme. Bonne adresse.

La maison correspond exactement à la description, les prestations sont de qualité, la déco est très sympa, la vie y est très agréable; l'emplacement est idéal et le niveau d'équipement top. Tout pour être bien!

La maison est très confortable avec ses deux chambres et salles de bains. Elle est également très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. La plage est à deux pas, sable ou pêche à pied. Tout à côté le camping offre des prestations superette, bar et restaurant que nous avons apprécié. Location de vélo et boulangerie super au bout de la rue. L'accès à la propriété se fait par un portail un peu étroit, marche arrière recommandée!! Dans notre cas la maison n'avait pas été louée la semaine précédente et il y a eu un peu de cafouillage entre le propriétaire et la personne en charge de l'accueil sur place mais le changement récent en est probablement la raison! cependant il est prudent de passer un coup de fil pour prévenir de l'heure d'arrivée.
