This house located in the heart of a historic district of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, dating from 1827 it was built near the Raveyron district, former dependence of the castle of Vallon Pont d'Arc in the fifteenth century. You will find calm and change of scenery in a "retro romantic" while being close to all the shops.
The house with a living area of 240m2, air conditioned, with a courtyard of 70m2, landscaped with barbecue and deckchair, closed by an electric gate, is composed of a ground floor including a living room with flat screen TV, home theater , hi-fi and game console.
A kitchen equipped with microwave grill, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, crockery and accessories. Also, a summer kitchen with washing machine and dryer, steam generator. An indoor pool heated to 31 °, with spa and swim against the current.
On the first floor a bedroom with walk-in shower multi jets, double washbasin, and separate toilet.
On the second floor two bedrooms with a bed 160/200, and baby bed, in the other a bed 160/200, and three beds 90/200, separated by a curtain like old dormitories.
On this floor there is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin, hair dryer and separate toilet.
