The charming cottage "over Neuville" will welcome you with friends or family up to 8 people.

You will enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms with new bedding:
* bedroom of 20 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed, a cot and a large wardrobe
* bedroom of 20 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 190 bed
* bedroom of 12 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed, a large wardrobe and direct access to the bathroom

You will share your meals and your moments of relaxation in the living room in a main room of 70 m2.
You will have:
* a fully fitted functional kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, American fridge) and equipped (coffee maker, senséo, toaster, kettle, crockery accordingly)
* a bathroom with shower, bath and sink
* a bathroom with shower
* 2 separate toilets

The whole on a ground closed and sported by 4000 m2 without opposite.

The cottage is equipped with a washing machine, two TVs, a garden table and bikes are available.

A supermarket is 3 km away with a bakery.

Amazing gîte!

Wonderful stay! The gîte is an impressive building and was very clean. We loved that there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family gathering. The gardens were great for eating outside and letting the children run around safely. There’s so many fun things for kids to play with that mine didn’t want to leave! The host was extremely quick to respond and help with any questions I had during the booking process.

Great holiday in a fantastic property owned by wonderful hosts.

This is a fabulous property for a holiday for people of all ages. It is suitable for people with limited mobility, a ground floor bedroom and walk-in shower suited my elderly father well but there is also plenty of space for children with a good selection of outdoor toys and a large enclosed garden. The accommodation is very well equipped to a high standard and is well managed by the very helpful and friendly owners. We could not fault out stay, everything was perfect.

The best so far

We arrived 2 hours late, yet we were greeted with a smile. The owner was REALLY welcoming and helpful and took us to the supermarket (we were on motorcycle). We really appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and condiments. Most villa we have been to are completely. We are already looking to book again for next year.

Great stay!

We go to France every year with a friend group. This year we wanted to be near the sea and booked this accomodation. The house was even bigger and more beautiful than in the pictures. The owner greeted us at check in and ensured we would have a pleasant stay. She had great tips on activities in the surrounding area. The accomodation was in a great area with enough activities and the home itself was so nice that it was also great to stay there for a day and drink some wine in the backyard. All in all, I would recommend this accomodations to families and groups.

Spacious accommodation. Ideal for large families.

Spacious, country property with very large garden in a sleepy village. The property was well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including an electric grill and a racketeering grill. We did find the induction hob a little confusing initially. The bedrooms were spacious too. The Somme area is full of history and there are pretty and interesting coastal towns to explore. Our three generations of family had a great stay.

Lovely, spacious house.

The house is great - very spacious, well equipped and clean. There was a plentiful supply of logs for the wood burner and the house was generally very warm. Whilst it is located in a small village, Abbeville and Amiens are close-by for days out, and the supermarket in the next town is just a short drive away. Florence was very helpful and provided lots of information about the house and local area. Thank you!

Relaxing Gite stay - great for families

Huge gite that has all the mod-cons and everything you need for a stay in the countryside. The gite has a well equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and tastefully decorated bedrooms. We relaxed here as a family after a busy and intense 3 day trip to Disneyland. Each with our own rooms and a large communal area, the gite provided everything we needed for our stay. Florence is a great host and even bought some very lovely gifts for the children in the family. We will definitely come back in the summer with grandparents and when we can make best use of the outdoors!

The gite was absolutely outstanding as a family holiday property offering very spacious and super clean accommodation with extensive secluded and secure gardens to front and rear. The indoor equipment & facilities are excellent and outdoors even provides lots of toys for younger children, family bikes and a lovely BBQ area. Florence is a delightful host and her attention to detail is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. She's very kind and caring and genuinely wants you to have a great holiday. We really appreciated the special Easter treats - that was a lovely touch! Superb - very, very many thanks.

Brilliant place to stay

We had a family holiday with grandparents , children and 5 grandchildren 2-10 The photos don’t show how lovely the property is , a large central room with big dinning table and sitting area was great for all generations to sit and play. All the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds , 2 downstairs and 4 upstairs with a big landing with football table and a quieter sitting area The kitchen was very well equipped, high standard of pans , plates etc The back garden was a big grassy space which was great for lots of games and running around space . The front garden was private with shady areas to sit in when it was sunny It is located on the edge of the village so very peaceful , but conveniently only 5 mins drive to Oisemont where there was an Intermarche Florence was so helpful , there to meet us upon arrival suggested places to visit . We had a problem with one of the showers and Florence and her husband arrived that evening to fix the problem We would definitely return to this property If the weather is hot would recommend bringing fans for the upstairs bedrooms

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Villa über Weihnachten! Die Villa ist einfach amazing – sehr gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Küche: Es gibt genug Teller, Tassen, Gläser und Besteck für alle, sodass wir uns keine Sorgen machen mussten.Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem Ankunftspaket begrüßt, sodass wir nicht sofort zum Supermarkt rennen mussten – ein wirklich toller Service! Die Villa bietet genug Platz für alle Gäste und es wird garantiert nicht langweilig, dank der vielfältigen Auswahl an Spielen.Die Verwalterin war extrem freundlich und sehr reaktiv. Jede unserer Fragen oder kleinen Probleme wurde sofort gelöst – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.Der Garten der Villa ist traumhaft; im Winter konnten wir ihn nur eingeschränkt nutzen, aber wir sind sicher, dass er im Sommer ein echtes Highlight wäre.Alles in allem hatten wir einen great stay und können diese Villa jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce gîte qui est très bien rénové. Tout est pensé pour le bien être des "locataires". Pour ce qui concerne la cuisine, les équipements sont très complets et la vaisselle, de qualité. Rien ne manque. La literie est très confortable et de qualité. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, très réactifs et d'une gentillesse extrême. Des petits cadeaux personnalisés nous attendaient. L'accueil a été parfait. La petite cabane du fond du jardin est un vrai bonheur pour les enfants. Merci infiniment Florence et Franck de partager ce beau lieu. Si j'avais une suggestion, ce serait de mettre des lumières indirectes ds le séjour et de prévoir des lits modulables 1 ou 2 personnes selon la composition des groupes.

Grand gîte bien placé entre la baie de Somme et Amiens.Nous avons eu une semaine bien chargée en visite, Le Tréport, Mers les Bains, Parc Marquenterre, Traversée de la Baie, petit train du Crotoy à St-Valéry, Amiens hortillonnages et cathédrale, Pointe du Hourdel. Fijn huis met grote tuin

Fijn, ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Gezellige zithoek met openhaard. Zowel een grote voortuin als een grote achtertuin en tafel en stoelen en ook ligstoelen. 3 kwartier rijden naar de baai van de Somme en naar Amiens. 25 minuten rijden naar Abbeville. Advertentie was wat onduidelijk. Het huis heeft 3 badkamers, 6 slaapkamers met in 5 van de kamers een tweepersoonsbed (160x200) en in 1 kamer twee tweepersoonsbedden (140200). Redelijk harde matrassen die ik lekker vond liggen vondliggen maar anderen vonden het te hard.
