CAMBO, C224: Spacious 2-bedroom apartment: On the 1st floor of a residence near the town center. 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm), large living/dining room, television, sofa, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, individual gas heating. Shower room, separate WC, balcony.
Internet access. Small pets allowed.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a cleaning service is available for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-bedroom apartment): €66.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Bed linen (single bed): €15.
