Really comfortable hpuse

We had three girlfriends use the home. We really enjoyed our weekend. The beds were comfortable, house was clean and in great area.

Great old Town Scottsdale Location

This place was perfect for our AZ stay. The owner has provided everything you could need. Plenty of linens, three cute nice sized bedrooms. The house is just as advertised. Walking distance to the Valley Ho Hotel and Cafe was nice, we went there a few times during our stay.. Nice to haves would have been a grill and better WiFi, but otherwise a great stay.

Beautiful!

This property was everything and more. It was immaculately clean and manicured. The location is about a 20 minute walk into Old Town Scottsdale which was perfect for our small group. We cannot wait to stay again. Our only regret is not having more time to spend here.

A Repeat in the Making

This property was located in the heart of our entertainment zone. We walked to many of our favorite places, and the location allowed easy access to main thoroughfares for those places we needed to drive. We would certainly stay here again.

“The Duke” is a charmer!

This is a cute and charming home. The location was perfect for our purpose. It is close to walking trails, Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square, and quaint wine bars and restaurants in Arcadia area. Communication with the owners is excellent.

Excellent location

Cute, clean home in quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, museums and bars. We rented electric bikes and used the trails nearby to shopping and dining. Old Town was walking distance and the house is in prime location for access to a number of activities; golf, hiking, biking and pickle ball courts. Two downfalls; none of the windows open. Couldn’t enjoy an evening breeze or fresh air. Pigeons perched in the eves and left droppings all over the patios Also no hairdryer or iron for guests to use. Had to go purchase hairdryer.

We had a lovely time. This home is in a great location with easy access to all. Spacious and well appointed. Lovely back yard area. Owners responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend!

Good stay with no issues. Close to sites and base for sites 30 minutes away. Grandkids visited also and house was well suited for their visit. House was very clean

What a great house and location

The house is cozy, clean and well thought through - everything you need for a wonderful stay while you're traveling with a family. Very quiet street. Super close to downtown. Our experience was excellent.

We left immediately

The place was horrible! The neighborhood was horrible! There was a broken window, no front porch lights, and a fiercely barking pit bull next door! We left after talking to the person in charge, went to a hotel, and spent a lot more money! Terribly disappointed, and would like immediate refund!

Great location, house had some issues

We stayed here for a month with our two kids. The tenants before us apparently brought a dog, so the back yard was littered with dog feces. The insides of the windows were smeared with dog nose marks (clearly not cleaned before we got there). We were notified by the owners that a window had been broken By precious tenants and that they would fix it ASAP, but it was not fixed in the month we stayed there (and was in one of the kid’s rooms). We were told there would be k-pods for the coffee maker and a bottle of wine to welcome us (there were neither). All in all, we were very excited about staying here, but it did not meet our expectations of cleanliness. Jason was very friendly and apologetic when we pointed out the dog poop problem.

Old Scottsdale Charm

The home is very spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The beds are super comfortable, and there are plenty of towels. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is well supplied—including spices. Easy access to the AZ Canal trail with an enjoyable walk to the Scottsdale Waterfront where there are several restaurants and shops. Jason was always available and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for accommodations that are clean, roomy, functional, and well-situated in an older neighborhood in Scottsdale with lots of things nearby.

Spring Training Vacation

This property was better than expected, great location to downtown Scottsdale, very clean and comfortable throughout the house. All communication was quick and through, our family of 6 adults 1child had plenty of room to entertain. Highly recommend this property for any length of stay at a reasonable price.

AMAZING!

Jason and Christine were amazing hosts. They answered my messages in a timely manner and were super helpful. The house was super cute and clean. It was in an awesome location just a short uber downtown to the bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here!
