Villa in the tropics with private pool and water slide
Villa located in a very quiet area of Saint-François. You have access to the beaches in a few minutes by car. The house opening onto the terrace is ideally located on its 850m2 plot. The 9.5m long by 3.5m wide swimming pool will allow families to cool off and children to be able to play on the water slide. The three bedrooms are well ventilated and have air conditioning. The house consists of a first bedroom with a triple bed system, the second and third have a double bed. The two bathrooms are fitted with walk-in showers and sinks as well as toilets.
The well ventilated terrace allows you to eat sheltered from the sun or rain and the carbet will allow you to take your aperitifs with the feeling of being really on vacation.
The house is protected from water cuts by a buffer tank system which gives you up to 3 days of water autonomy and the car garage will not be too hot when you go on excursions.
The many shops are less than 5 minutes by car and the nearest bakery is 5 minutes on foot.
