The apartment was great. It had a separate bedroom, two restrooms, and a full functioning kitchen. Our living room was great with a perfect view of the city. It was within walking distance of the train station and the main sites. The service was friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much.

While the room was clean, most of the utilities did not work and all we could do was punch in a code that often did not work: Air conditioning would not go below 25C and windows do not open; Water took 25+-Minutes to warm up; Electrical outlet by bed for charging often did not work; Elevator caught us for almost an hour until another guest opened it; The neighborhood is not in Central but about a mile away through area not to walk safely; On a parking lot with a bar and loud shouting and dancing until very late; and I could go on and on. On top of all that, the only communication is via text to Berlin, where over 20 texts asking for help messages were not understood and not fully answered by a Robot program. It was as if a rogue Hal from 2001 Space Odyssey was in charge.
