The cottage classified 1 star is located 10 minutes from the sea and the Côte de Granit Rose in a stone farmhouse and tiles, in the quiet countryside and close to all activities.

The cottage is composed of a main room with dining table, chairs, sofa, coffee table, television.
An open kitchen on the living room, a spacious room with bed 2 places, storage, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.
It has a terrace of 18 m2 with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
Depending on the number of people, I add a double bed in the living room which is spacious, where a single bed, and a cot.

The sea and the Côte de Granit Rose are less than 10 minutes, the commercial area 1.3 km, the center of Lannion and its large weekly market are 2.3 km and accessible on foot or by bike by a path of hiking and cycling, the GR34A and the hiking trail the old train line connecting the bay of Lannion to the bay of Perros Guirec.
