1 very bright living / dining room with a large picture window opening onto a spacious balcony for meals. Spacious panorama of the sea and the Islands. 2 seater convertible sofa. television, board games, books.
A fitted kitchen area open to living room, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
A room overlooking the sea, spacious and bright, open to the balcony, a double bed + a folding bed for 1 person. Very comfortable quality bedding. (Sheets not provided)
A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
A separate toilet.
Entrance hall with 2 large closets for storage. Private parking, room for windsurfers and bikes. Pets not allowed because of allergies.
Rental possible all year round.

Trestel beach is popular for swimming and water sports,
Trévou-Tréguignec on the pink granite coast is 15 mins from the seaside resort of Perros-Guirec (departure for the archipelago of the 7 Islands) 15 mins from Lannion and Tréguier (small town of character) and 30 mins from Paimpol ( departure for the island of Bréhat) without forgetting the rocks of Ploumanach Trégastel (forum of the sea).

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement situé sud ouest avec vue sur la mer. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire avec quelques présents pour notre arrivée. Une literie en 160x200cm serait la bienvenue. Sinon tout était parfait.
