On the pink granite coast between Port-Blanc and Perros-Guirec, beautiful apartment for 4 people, photos with sea views taken from the dining-living room, the apartment is bright, neat decoration, warm atmosphere. It is located in a quiet and family holiday residence 100 m from the magnificent Trestel beach (classified blue flag of Europe). Panoramic view of the beach and the open sea.
The apartment is composed of two rooms on the same level: a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a large closet, a bathroom (shower cabin), and a large sheltered terrace, south facing for dining with family and this from breakfast (deckchairs are available to rest and read).
The residence has a large 2000 m2 park overlooking the sea with a shared barbecue, private room, for bikes, windsurfers, bowling alley.


The essentials: If you come to our region you must:
    - Walk on the pink granite coast from the port of Ploumanac'h to the Mean-Ruz lighthouse.
- Embark on the speedboats to discover the 7 Islands off Perros-Guirec.
- Disembark on the island of Bréhat, for an unforgettable day 15 minutes from the mainland off Paimpol.
- Go to a fest-noz, to soak up the Breton culture.

La vie en rose

Der Charme vergangener Tage

Das Appartement ist gut gelegen. Schöne Strände, Wanderwege, ein paar Restaurants und eineEinkaufsmöglichkeit ganz in der Nähe. In der Unterkunft wurden zwar die Böden und der Herd/ Ofen erneuert, auch das Bett ist gut...der Rest ist recht retro. Zuviel Geschirr und Besteck in einem Zustand, der sicher nicht mehr zeitgemäss ist. Und auch gereinigt war das Appartement bei unserer Ankunft nur mässig. Da darf man mehr erwarten und es muss besser sein. Zu erwähnen ist ebenfalls, dass es kein W-lan hat und der Empfang im mobilen Netz sehr schlecht ist. Wer mit dem leben kann, hat eine zweckmässige Unterkunft an einem schönen Ort, der mit wenig Aufwand fast perfekt wäre.

Ferien an der cote cranit

Der Ausblick vom Esstisch zur Bucht war sehr schön. Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit nicht unseren Bedürfnissen. Der Lampenschirm überm Esstisch war fettig und schmudlig, die Heizplatte der Kaffeemaschiene war komplett verrostet. Mit Austausch weniger Utensilien wäre aus dem Appartement ein angenehmer Aufenthaltsort zu gestalten. Betttücher waren erst nach Anforderung erhältlich. Wifi scheint komplett unbekannt zu sein. Die Kritikpunkte habe ich an die Vermieterin weitergegeben. Ich hoffe Sie wird Sie auch umsetzten!

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter la région. Son exposition avec vue sur mer est un privilège. Reposant, dépaysant, chaque instant passé offre un paysage différent. La terrasse ensoleillée du matin au soir permet une pause en toute intimité. Très fonctionnel, l'espace intérieur de cet apparetement est agréable. Il répond pleinement à un logement de vacances. L'accueil des propriétaires est sympathique, disponibles, ils vantent très bien les atouts de leur région, si vous avez encore besoin d'être convaincus par la beauté de la côte de granit rose !

Accueil correct pour cette location Emplacement face à la mer État sanitaire passable de la salle de bain et des wc : je pense que le ménage n’avait pas été fait Présence de rouille sur le mobilier sanitaire ainsi que sur la grille de la douche mauvais état de la cabine et de l’inox de la robinetterie Je ne recommanderai pas cette location

Parfait pour un couple ,petite terrasse à l'extérieur abritée des vents ,bonne literie en 160 mais après la mi septembre il serait bien d'avoir une couverture ou légère couette à la dimension du lit ! (il n, avait que des 90x 180 )!

Cote d`Armor et Granit einzigartig!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit direktem Blick auf die Bucht. Zu jeder Tageszeit ist diese Gegend überwältigend schön. Super für Wanderer und hartgesottene Schwimmer, da die Temperatur des Atlantiks höchstens 18Grad C zu dieser Jaheszeit ist.

Le lieu idéal pour de belles vacances vue sur mer

Un appartement agréable, avec une très belle vue sur mer. La plage, à proximité immédiate, est parfaite pour la baignade et pour les départs de randonnée. Commerces côté village et restaurants côté mer facilement accessibles à pied. Très bon accueil des propriétaires également.

Très belle vue sur mer, peu éloigné du centre ville..L'appartement est agréable, néanmoins quelques adaptations seraient nécessaires et notamment dans la cuisine: manque 1 petit four et 1 compartiment congélateur dans le frigo...
