Questo splendido condominio fronte mare si trova direttamente sulla Seven Mile Beach sulla Boggy Sand Road a West Bay, che si trova nel tour storico a piedi del National Trust delle vecchie case delle Cayman.

Il condominio fa parte di un duplex e questi due condomini sono incastonati tra alberi maturi di seagrape all'estremità settentrionale della nostra famosa Seven Mile Beach ed è in una zona residenziale tranquilla e di fascia alta, lontano dal trambusto del principale aree del resort. Appena al largo sono alcuni dei siti di immersione più popolari all'estremità occidentale di Grand Cayman. Ci sono anche barriere coralline poco profonde per lo snorkeling con il popolare Cemetery Reef a poche centinaia di metri a sud di noi! Per i proprietari di immobili, la spiaggia o l'ampio ponte all'aperto, all'ombra degli alberi del maregrafo, offre l'ambiente ideale per godersi un buon libro e un drink rinfrescante. Riposo e relax sono garantiti in questo accogliente bungalow sul mare!

L'unità dispone di due camere da letto, entrambe con splendida vista sul Mar dei Caraibi, dal secondo piano, e ogni camera ha il proprio ampio bagno privato e balcone, perfetto per un caffè al mattino o leggere un buon libro e guardare il sole tramontare ogni sera. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha tutti i comfort di casa e ti consente di rimanere e cucinare il tuo pasto preferito o mantenere fresco il tuo drink preferito per quando torni da un pasto fuori città, in uno dei nostri numerosi ristoranti di classe mondiale! Il ponte esterno privato e spazioso offre una zona tranquilla per rilassarsi, prendere il sole, leggere il tuo libro preferito o semplicemente guardare le barche che passano, ascoltare le onde e lasciarsi incantare dalle viste spettacolari di Seven Mile Beach e tutto fino al George Town Harbour!

In meno di 5 minuti a piedi c'è un minimarket, dove acquistare le basi, oltre ad alcuni ristoranti locali. A breve distanza c'è un grande negozio di alimentari e un negozio di liquori, oltre a molti altri ristoranti (Macabuca, The Cracked Conch, Villas Pappagallo, Alfresco, Calypso Grill) e numerose attività come il Cayman Turtle Centre, Dolphin Cove, Scuba Diving, Stingray Tour della città.

Quiet and out of the way

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property if you want to be away from the crowds but have a view. There is little to no beach and every day we were there, the waves were too big to swim. You have to have a car to be able to come and go, nothing is within walking distance. It was spacious enough for the three of us, had enough starter items that we didn't need anything once we arrived. The washer and dryer in the unit was a big help.

A week in paradise!

This 7 mile beach rental was nothing short of amazing! Spent the week relaxing and snorkeling sea side. Plenty of sand and beach to enjoy at this location, Nautilus 1. Paddle board provided for your enjoyment as well as plenty of beach chairs and towels. Tons of beautiful fish just off your beach along the shore line to see and if you are adventurous then you can snorkel out to the reef. The house has everything you could need including friendly staff that can assist with anything you need should you need to call on them. The shower knob was tricky at first trying to get the water hot, but after talking to the staff we got it figured out. I look forward to coming back again. The sunsets are amazing as well as that beautiful blue sea!

Great Location and Views

We loved our stay! Rental is in a great location close to 7 mile beaches, grocery and liquor stores, and restaurants, yet is very quiet. There was a good bit of erosion from Hurricane Helene so the beach in front of the condo was rocky, but we still enjoyed the deck and swimming once we were past the rocky area. Rental was clean, property manager was quick to respond. A great place to enjoy sunsets and relaxation!

Peaceful and Relaxing location

Nautilus West Bay Stay

Nice location away from the crowds. The condo was clean and as advertised. Great deck overlooking the water creating nice area for any time of day or evening.

Great Location

Absolutely loved the location of Nautilus 1! Very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the grocery store. The gorgeous beach off the back deck was perfection, we spent every day at the beach and every night listening to the waves from the deck! The property manager was very responsive, we hope to return again!

Amazing Vacation!

It was just as pictured or even better. The deck was so well landscaped and shaded with palm and almond trees, beautiful spot to sit in between snorkeling sessions. The most popular reef is directly out back door, no tour guide boat needed. Great beach house, wonderful property manager. Will be back!

Anniversary getaway

This property was clean and very easy to live in. The host was very accommodating and helpful during our stay and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great little getaway place. Located on the north end of 7 mile beach, it was close enough to everything we needed to get to, and yet far enough away that it was just the secluded spot we were looking for. We stayed here during an anniversary getaway and will definitely come back. The views, and especially the sunsets, were breathtaking!

Great condo with awesome view

This property is in a perfect location for snorkeling and beach swimming. Easy access to all activities on Seven Mile Beach and in West Bay. The condo has all the amenities a family may need in the kitchen and a great deck with a spectacular view of the many shades of blue ocean. Property owner and condo manager were very nice and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved Nautilus!! It was perfect for our little family of 4. We enjoyed the private beach area and space outdoors overlooking the gorgeous waters and under the amazing starlit nights. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and lovely. The unit had everything we needed if not more. Thank you for being on call for anything we needed. Loved being able to walk to Heritage and even the supermarket. We can't wait to return one day and already miss it terribly.

Enjoyed our Family Vacation

Loved our stay! The house was in a great location in that it was a short ride to 7 Mile Beach and had everything you needed nearby including Grocery Store, Liquor Store, restaurants and a few small beaches. The house itself was well maintained and clean upon arrival. Ocean front was as shown in pictures with a small rocky beach but a nice little very private beach right next door. Kids 4&6 enjoyed looking for shells, sea glass and small ocean creatures in the rocks. Little rough for swimming for small kids but could be due to the windy weather. View was excellent from entire back of the house from both bed rooms, kitchen and deck. Loved the deck with grill, good seating and outdoor shower. Great place to stay if you want a quiet place to come back to after a day of excursions with a spot for a rental car. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Beautiful rocky ocean front beach with sand

This property is clean, well kept within a solid structure with hand rails going upstairs that support an elderly person. Ocean front is a bit too rough for an elderly person’s balance abilities. However, it is a short drive (20 minutes) to quiet beaches that are assessable to children and elderly. We appreciated the deck and semi private space outside. Water hoses outside made cleaning off our paddle board and water gear easy. We did some fabulous snorkeling and thoroughly enjoyed each day.

This place was as advertised. The location on the eastern side of the island was perfect. Spent many hours on the deck drinking and smoking cigars. The accommodations were perfect. We were able to snorkel right out front of the rental. Large Stingrays, barracuda, and many many tropical fish. We also swam out to the two buoys. This is where the snorkeling tours anchor. Great coral. Cemetery beach is 500 yards away and another awesome place to snorkel. Be sure to go to heritage kictchen 1/8 mile down the road for lunch or dinner. No frills but great location and food. Great punch for rum punches (byor). Also visit Eden rock. That might have been my favorite place to snorkel. Ambassador divers were top notch for diving. Jason is the world famous. My 21 and 23 yo did the beginners course/dive. Very safe. Outcast charters was great for fishing. George’s watersprts was perfect for the bioluminescence cove. He also does stingray city. That was an absolute must do. I would not bother with snorkeling or starfish point as part of the tour. George is top notch. Brand new boat and hospitality. Overall we had a great time but the island is sorta blah. Antigua, barbados much more scenic and better culture scene.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in the Villas. This particular unit is well equipt and has everything you need. They don't have any folding beach chairs to take to the other beaches, which would have been convenient. We did end up buying two and leaving them at the Villa so others can use them. We were awakened in the middle of the night from a burning smell coming from the A/C vents and immediately turned off the A/C. We called Shirley in the morning and she sent the HVAC contractor over in the afternoon. It was all fixed by the time we got back from the beach! We much appreciated her prompt response! The location is in a quiet residential area away from busy 7 mile beach. There were a lot of people and kids (families) hanging out in front of our condo on the beach, but that's to be expected with the beach access next door. The showers have a window in them that doesn't give you much privacy, so I would suggest not showering at night or anyone could see in. Otherwise, we had a wonderful trip and can't wait to come back!

Stunning ocean view

This is an amazing property with a perfect deck for basking in the sun or listening to the sound of the ocean. The ocean is literally just steps away though you might want to put on some water shoes for this area as it’s a bit rocky. The house is adorable with the kitchen ,living area, 2.5 bathrooms and bedrooms meeting all our needs. We ate at Heritage kitchen just a couple blocks away. Foster’s grocery store is within walking distance although we drove. We went and explored a few other beaches and found the ice chests that the house has for us to use, extremely handy to pack with sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. 7 mile beach was pristine and you mustn’t miss Stingray City.
