A spacious modern and functional fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), a cozy living room (2 leather sofas) equipped with a large TV screen and a large table, 1 bathroom: shower + spa bath, laundry with washing machine + tumble dryer, 1 separate toilet. A room with the RCH (bedding 160) with 2 bunk beds, a mezzanine with sofa bed (brand bultex), a large room of 24 m2 with bedding 140 cm.
