Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath family owned Orlando vacation spot is conveniently located four miles from Walt Disney World in the private residential area of Lindfield Estates in Kissimmee, Florida. There is fun for the whole family to enjoy! You’re only a short drive from all the Disney theme parks including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Other nearby attractions include: Universal Studios, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Sea World, Island of Adventures, Gator Land and Wet-n-Wild.

Guests may also enjoy shopping and dining at the multitude of restaurants and shopping malls in the surrounding area or get out and relax on the links. The Orlando / Kissimmee area is home to several championship golf courses, such as Champions Gate, Orange Lake, Celebrations and the Disney Resort courses.

Maravillosa estancia

En realidad fue muy buena la estancia en el lugar , puesto que está muy bien ubicado, limpio, y lo más importante muy cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario, muchas gracias por su servicio. Estoy seguro que en cuanto vuelva a orlando trataré de volver a buscar esta misma propiedad .

This place was very basics but served it's purpose. It was clean with an amazing pool and a good location for the things we wanted to do there.

Condo was just as described, clean and comfortable. A great place to land at the end of a long day at Universal for us. Communication was quick and easy. We had a wonderful stay!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay here! It was the perfect place to spend a few days before heading out on our cruise. Getting to Disney Springs was super easy and lots of shopping/restaurants were close by! The condo was super nice and comfortable and fit our family of 5 nicely! The pool area was close to walk to and was very refreshing! Would definitely book here again!

Just to sleep

Quite area. Nice location, everything you need is on the Main Street outside the complex. We also didn’t spend time there, only to sleep.

Has so much potential but...

The property is cute, perfect for our family's trip. The owner was great, however, he has someone managing the property that was less than pleasant. Check in was at 4, but we didn't get in until 6 because the cleaners were still in the home ( on the phone instead of working), our bedsheets were still wet, there were no trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap. The sliding glass door did not lock and most of the vertical blinds by the glass door were missing. They only provided one parking pass and said to let them know if we needed another. However, when I reading through our paperwork it said 2 parking passes should have been provided. When I reached out about it, I never received a response so we got a tow warning stuck on our rental car. Like I said, the owner was great, super responsive and helpful but whoever he has running his property is costing him happy customers.

Great location

Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean. Towels were clean, however they were well worn but acceptable overall we were very happy with this location.

Great house

House was great! Easy drive to Disney. House was clean and was a great fit for our family. Kids loved the pool which was very close by. Host was excellent and was quick to respond.

Nice Place

Nice unit in a quiet condo complex. Short drive to Disney, comfortable, close to stores and restaurants. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom needs a new mattress, but everything else was great.

Orlando family vacation

The host was amazing and very informative. The property was clean. The inside of the condo was clean. The only complaint we have were the queen bed and the king bed itself. It felt like sleeping on a pull out bed due to the bedframe. A good night sleep would’ve been really nice to have. The only thing I would recommend is the host maybe put a mattress topper on or a piece of plywood so you don’t feel the bars that the mattress sits on. Other than that, everything was great.
