About the host
Hosted by Tyson Scalapino
My father, and my uncle, started building these places in 1997. The first phase was finnished in 2002, the second in 2012. My Father lived for many years before it became a rental. I live here on the same property, so I will be here to help you with anything you may need. I moved to Baja fulltime in 2018, and I have never been happier... Loreto is such a great place, If you have never been to Loreto, you will fall in love your first time here. Never a shortage of great, fun things to do here. Loreto is always having a celebration, or festival of some kind, all year long. The native people are the greatest, kindest, and friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet.
What makes this property unique
Located at the end of an unmarked dead-end road has many unique advantages. We do not have any traffic driving through, or unwanted strangers walking by. This is one of the best, safest, and quietest neighborhoods in all of Loreto. Our closest neighbor is a local police officer, keeping it extra safe.
