Benvenuti a Casa Aliciamaria, progettata e costruita dal pluripremiato architetto Jesus Cortez, questa villa unica nel suo genere si trova a pochi minuti dal centro del villaggio storico di Loreto, direttamente sulla spiaggia. La costruzione è di materiali di alta qualità, piastrelle personalizzate, porte e finestre alla francese in legno pregiato. Oggetti d'antiquariato pregiati e opere d'arte originali completano il design degli interni. La villa è stata dotata di TV a schermo piatto, audio Bose Surround, tra cui altoparlanti a bordo piscina, radio Sirius, TV satellitare e WiFi. La Casa dispone di un ingresso nel cortile con fontana e camino. Rilassatevi sulla veranda piastrellata con vista sulla piscina fronte mare sul mare di Cortez. La zona giorno all'aperto con barbecue a gas si apre direttamente sulla spiaggia e sulla vista dell'isola.
Goditi i cockails sulla spiaggia sotto la nostra nuova spiaggia Palapa. Non troverai nulla a Loreto per eguagliare la posizione e le dotazioni di questa bellissima Casa. Questa è una casa indipendente che offre una completa privacy.

Casa Heaven

Casa Alicia Maria was a heavenly sanctuary for our first stay in Loreto. It had everything we were looking for - beauty, comfort, cleanliness, pool, hot tub, right on the beach... The master bedroom bed was icing on the cake - super comfortable memory foam. We slept like babies. The neighborhood, Costa Loreto, is very nice with beautiful homes. And Jeannie is an awesome host - so helpful and kind. Don't hesistate to rent this house!

Beach Solitude

Envision a deserted Polynesian island viewing diving pelicans from your Palapa at fraction of the cost. That's your stay at Casa Aliciamaria, Jeannes beach villa. Just factor in its Mexico and Loreta is a small town.

Serene and beautiful by Sea of Cortez

Quiet, private, safe, convenient to town. We visit Loreto as its not an all inclusive tourist destination. We enjoyed the kyaks, pool, beds, and ability to cook. We love & support the locals and fishing was great. As older couples we were very comfortable and hope to return!

2 weeks in paradise

Don’t let the tiny airport, isolated location and initial culture-shock fool you. What the expats and people of Loreto have found is truly magical. To spend 2 weeks in this beach house was paradise!

Great location, 1mile walk to town. Host helped with Chef and Taxi. Host is looking into hot water in guest bath and stronger Wyfi. We would go back.

We Will Return

One of the best properties we have enjoyed. The host is fabulous. Location the best. Stunning actually. It really is on the beach. Short walk to town. Clean. Kitchen well appointed. We cooked a lot. Quiet. Excellent outdoor setup. Nice hot tub on the roof. Great for stargazing in comfort. We will stay here again and every time we return to Loreto.

Beautiful house right on the beach. Interior design is lovely, you'd know someone decorated and filled it once for her own personal space. Jeanne was super helpful with any questions we had. Hope to go back!

Amazing House and Location!

We loved everything about our stay at Jeanne's property! We have traveled extensively throughout Baja and this is by far the nicest property we have come across! Jeanne welcomed us at check in and showed us around the property. The house was extremely clean and well stocked for our group. We enjoyed Jeanne's recommendations for massages at the house and fresh guacamole and salsa delivered to the house! The neighborhood is quiet and the hot tub was a bonus. We look forward to returning to this beautiful property!

Great get away

This was our first trip to Loreto and already planning a return visit. The house was great and very comfortable. All the amenities needed were there and Jeanne was helpful for local insights.

Muy buenos

Had a great 4-days here! Lots of fun in the sun, beach, oool and in town…. Hostess was amazing and super responsive as things came up. Our airplane was delayed leaving LAX so we arrived way late. She met us near the Hwy and helped us locate the property as it’s slightly north of town. She even provided cold beers and some snacks since the market was closed. Above and beyond!!!

Great stay

We had a relaxing time at the property. The communication was great and Jeanne was so helpful in arranging our snorkel trip. The house had everything we needed, including the pool. Great stay.

Style and Luxury

What a place! The location, the view, the native plant landscaping, the pool, the rooftop hot tub, the beach “porch” and palapa….all just heavenly! But there’s so much more: the furnishings are luxurious and curated with so much obvious care, from the high-end cookware (future guests please be mindful of the All-Clad and treat it with respect!), the fabulous furniture (that leather sectional, that DINING ROOM TABLE—wow!) to the thick, soft, Egyptian cotton towels. And the art! Oh my! All hand-knotted wool rugs from all over the world, beautiful baskets, original artwork. It is like a spa/gallery experience that Jeanne has created with so much obvious love. Our time here was perfect. I could not possibly recommend it highly enough.

Beyond what we had hoped for! Stunning views, quiet, peaceful, relaxing and fun. This property will NOT disappoint in any way (other than when it’s time to leave.) Truly top notch in vacation rentals. If you’re thinking about staying here, just do it, you will be glad you did!

Perfect paradise in Loreto!

This house had everything we were looking for--great location (private but walkable to town), beachfront, great pool heated to the perfect temperature, rooftop hot tub, comfy beds, and fluffy, soft towels. House was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Host had excellent communication and made everything easy, with great recommendations. Would definitely return!

Fabulous home/perfect location

We had a wonderful time in beautiful Loreto over Christmas. The house is one of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed with Vrbo. The location is perfect and a short beach walk to the town center. The owner was super sweet and very communicative.

Adorable town and great location

The house is adorable and is really well appointed. You can tell Jeanne (the owner) has great taste! The layout of the home was great and perfect for the four adults that were in our group. The location on the water made it so peaceful and it was an easy drive into town. You can walk from the house into town as well but it's about a 20-minute walk along the beach. We chose to drive just because it was easier. Jeanne was very helpful with information about the area prior to us getting there and once we were there. Our flight was delayed and she even let us hang out at the house a little longer to help us out. Definitely a great little place!!

Rewardingly Rejuvenating

This was the perfect place at the right time! Jeanne is the most GRACIOUS, and ACCOMMODATING Hostess!!! Her home is inviting, and calm. Superbly decorated with lovely works of art, and luscious oriental rugs. Fully stocked kitchen makes home cooking a breeze. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
