Très bel appartement, mais location géré par une agence qui fait chèrement payer ses prestations
Bel appartement, bien situé et calme. Attention la location de l'appartement est gérée par square habitat qui inclut forfaitairement dans le prix, mais sans l'indiquer dans l'annonce, des prestations sur tarifées pour un montant de 139€.
Ce qui est illégal, et vous oblige donc à signer une "fiche d'arrivée" pour "légaliser" ces prestations post contrat sur le site Abritel. Le cout de ses prestations est d'ailleurs sans aucune mesure avec le bien loué...

Tout était très bien , l'agence est très disponible et à l'écoute.
Nous avons eu un petit cadeau très bienvenue à notre arrivée. Appartement bien agencé et plutôt propre ( un peu moins récent que sur les photos mais franchement tout était tellement bien que nous avons oublié les petits détails)
Jolie terrasse avec belle vue sur la piscine petits points négatifs : un peu bruyant, tous les bruits résonnent beaucoup ,terrasse un peu petite. Jolie piscine et emplacement idéal pour aller à la plage de Socoa et rayonner dans les alentours

Bien située, proche de la plage et des commerces. On se gare facilement. À changer la robinetterie de la douche et porte de placard coulissante défectueuse.
Dommage qu’il n’y est pas la wifi dans l’appartement, le boîtier qu’on a loué ne fonctionne pas bien pour plusieurs téléphones...
