In a quiet residence on the edge of the Mont Saint Clair state forest, this charming 54 m² two-room apartment has a 12 m² terrace with a view of the pine forest.
The apartment is fully equipped and offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.
The apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed, TV and internet. A bedroom with a double bed (160), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and everything needed for cooking.
A private outdoor parking space is also included. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but is equipped with a fan.
Located in a quiet area near the sea, this apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday. You can enjoy the beach, the seaside resort, shops and public transport just a few minutes away.

Résidence calme assez proche des commerces et des plages.
Paillottes à 20 mn à pied, point de vue des pierres blanches et restaurant facilement accessibles. Ville animée et agréable mais pas facile pour stationner le mercredi, jour de marché auprès des halles.
