Beautiful apartment renovated for 2 adults and 2 children, very large corner terrace, sea views and Port Marina.

Large living room with a lounge area, a round table for meals, a kitchen, large bay windows angle overlooking the terrace.

A double bedroom with access to the terrace, a cabin entrance with bunk beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.

65th Birthday treat

Convenient location within easy reach (by car) to Nice, Monaco, Cannes & Antibes. Allocated underground parking on premises. Comfortable accommodation, huge patio with lovely view over the Bay, Marina & gardens. Many bars & restaurants at Marina within short walking distance, handy for evening meals/drinks when you've lunched further afield at the tourist spots.

Unfortunately, okay stay at best

Host was courteous and proactive with communications however failed to inform us of issues with water pipes in condo complex that caused a terrible smell to permeate the unit during our stay. Not a lot that could be done about it other than to spend as little time as possible in the unit. It definitely impacted the quality of the stay as the smell was atrocious. While the listing describes the condo as a 2-bedroom, the second bedroom is a set of bunk beds located in the entrance/foyer of the unit. Unit comes equipped with linen, dishes, and cookware, etc. but only four bathing towels. While there is a washer there is no dryer. Condo is secure and close to beach and train station for commutes to other areas of the region.

Hello, I am sincerely sorry for the odor problems that occurred during your stay. It wasn't predictable. an intervention has since taken place to resolve the problem. Regarding the bedding, it is clearly indicated in the ad, « a cabin entrance with bunk beds ». It is normally offered 2 towels per person, there must have been an error in the preparation, I apologize.

Un séjour familial inoubliable !Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cet appartement parfaitement situé, à deux pas de la plage et de la marina. L’appartement est très bien agencé, lumineux, et la grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer est un vrai plus, idéale pour les repas en plein air ou simplement se détendre au soleil. Tout est pensé pour le confort : climatisation, cuisine bien équipée, literie agréable, et même un parking sécurisé. La proximité des commerces, restaurants et activités nautiques nous a permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Un grand merci à Sandra pour ses explications et sa réactivité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Appartement bien situé et conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons dû faire un peu de nettoyage de la terrasse car pas assez propre à notre goût. La terrasse mériterait un petit rafraîchissement au niveau peinture. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour.

Lovely 2 bed apartment

A lovely 2 bed bijou apartment on 6th floor of the Baronnet building. Smallish, but big enough and fabulous end terrace with great views to Nice and the hills and mountains beyond. Would like the owner to put a 5 foot bed in main bedroom instead of 4 foot 6 inch. But otherwise fully equipped and comfortable.
