The accommodation is composed as follows :

- A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
- Two attractive bedrooms with double beds (140X200), chest of drawers and wardrobes.

For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board in the utility room adjoining the kitchen. Wi-Fi and TV are included in the rental price.

The flat is ideal for families, groups of friends or colleagues on business trips.

The Harmonie accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and some tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.

Location:
Located on a quiet street in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood, you'll have access to all the local shops: bakery, hairdresser, gym, grocery shop and plenty of trendy restaurants.

Activities :
- The city center is a 15-minute walk away, and the Cité des Congrès is just five minutes away.
- For more nature and serenity, we suggest a stroll along the Loire or the Canal Saint-Félix.
- A 5-minute walk away is the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural center turned national stage, housed in the former premises of the LU biscuit factory.- Less than 10 minutes' walk away is the famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne.

Public transport :
The station is a 10-minute walk away.
The bus is five minutes away, as are tram lines 2 and 3 (stops "Hôtel-Dieu" and "Aimé Delrue"). The C5 bus to Lieu Unique is two minutes away and takes you directly to the station. For the airport, a dedicated shuttle bus leaves from the station and takes you there in around twenty minutes.
