Very beautiful house of 130m2, within the Residence Nakiya.

The kitchen is fully equipped: Fridge, freezer, Blender, Citrus press, Kettle, Oil-free fryer, Toaster, Microwave, Oven, Induction hob, Coffee machine.

In the living room you will have television, internet, Netflix included.

This house has 4 bedrooms equipped with a Queen Size bed and a single bed that can be assembled. A travel cot is also available (on request when booking)

The house is located in the authentic town of Sainte-Marie, the birthplace of Bèlè (Martinican music).
You will meet Martinique attached to its heritage, a town living at the rate of a lively agricultural activity.
Take the time to discover the forests, beaches, flowers, houses, museums, singers, storytellers, tambouyés ...

The environment will be rich in natural discoveries: from the terrace you have a magnificent view of the sea and the La Philippe forest (1 min by car, 5 min on foot).
The city of Sainte-Marie is opposite Île Sainte-Marie, they are connected by a tombolo (phenomenon of sandbank created by sea currents).
To visit: the Saint-James Distillery and its Rum Museum. The Banana Museum. La Maison du Bèlè ....

Luxury in need of A/C

Super clean and luxurious house nestled in an enclave of local homes, 5 mins from Sainte Marie. Would benefit from A/C in each bedroom as sleeping was uncomfortable. Outside space is pleasant with nice views but pool is very small and shallow and insects are an issue in the evening in the wetter north of Martinique so difficult to enjoy the outside space.

Attention

Cadre décevant, environnement d'un chantier avec présence d'étais et d'une bétonnière. Accès compliqué, pentu, près d'un garage non précisé sur l'annonce. Humidité dans une des chambres malgré VMC bruyante, une chambre parentale sans ouverture, une chambre avec un dégât des eaux, pas de lampes de chevet, pas de système de va et vient pour éteindre le plafonnier, réfrigérateur peu adapté pour capacité de 8 adultes, pas de lave vaiselle, un seul étendoir et malgré les dires de l' hôte, le nord de la Martinique reste humide, pas de sac poubelle d'avance pour un séjour d'une semaine, une serviette de toilette pour 1 semaine, un BBQ bancal non fonctionnel sans proposition de remplacement faite par l'hôte, spa dangereux car risque élevé de chute sur l'extérieur, salon de jardin à revoir. Points positifs: déco intérieure et pression de douche. Bref, prix surfait. Bonsoir, Pouvez vous me donner des éléments de non-conformité du texte par rapport à vos directives? Contenu suspect ou inapproprié? Dois-je comprendre que seules les bonnes appréciations sont de mises? Cela justifierait effectivement le qualificatif de "Hôte prémium" affiché Je ne suis pas satisfait de la location pour les raisons évoquées et trouve que cette location ne vaut pas le prix demandé De plus l'Hôte prémium m'a éconduit de façon fort désagréable sous format SMS Cordialement
