For the little story, Cheval-Blanc owes its name to the inn called thus, which served as a relay for travellers who took the ferry to cross the river.
The village of Cheval Blanc is also surrounded by orchards and agricultural land.
You are also a few kilometres from the region's tourist hotspots.
Discovering the villages of South Luberon, on the route of Provence castles, towards the city of Pertuis, is very much appreciated, especially by cyclists. The castle of Lourmarin or that of the Tour d'Aigues are very renowned.
For hikers, the paths of Luberon will be a breath of fresh air! with notably the paths of Valloncourt or the Rat Hole.
