If we had known during your stay, we would have happily had Alfonso come by right away to adjust or fix it for you. We loved Loreto. The house is comfortable and spacious. We were able to cook easily in the kitchen which had everything we needed. Any questions we had were answered right away. We plan to return.

The casa was well laid-out wth 3 bedrooms and in a very convenient location to walk to restaurants, shops and to the marina. The kitchen was equipped with everything one would need and we enjoyed the board games and books provided.

Lovely

Beautiful home in fabulous location. Had fun using the wood burning pizza oven and enjoyed the hot tub a lot too. Our 3 year old and dogs were secure and happy here. Great local interest books😊

Could Have Been Amazing

Great location in Loreto, I have been here many times. The issues are: considerable deferred maintenance, trash on the back patio, ancient bedding and pots and pans, virtually no pantry (cooking oil, spices, coffee), TV in guest bedroom never connected to cable, grill not hooked up on arrival. Given the prime location the experience would have been amazing but as always it is attention to detail, particularly since this was one of the most expensive VBRO listings in Loreto. The best part besides location was the spa on the roof, but here again there was only one chair and a folding recliner. No chairs on the second story patio. I was asked by the host to provide a separate list of the issues we found and since then no communication whatsoever. I would expect at least an acknowledgment given that I took my time, but I guess that is the host's customer service decision. It is really too bad, this should be an amazing place. I am sorry to say I would not recommend staying here until the issues above are addressed.
