91m2 flat with a lot of natural light and great view of Lake Geneva, situated only a few minutes on foot from Evian centre and the lakeside.
The main room has a large dining table and a lovely open and well equipped kitchen : oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle. It also has a lounge area.
The first bedroom near the bathroom is South facing and has a double bed (160x200cm).
The second also South facing has two single beds (that can become a 180x200cm double) and storage space, and the last bedroom is West facing and has a double bed (140x200cm).
The bathroom has a bathtub and a sink. The toilet is separate.
A garage is available with the flat and there are multiple spaces near the building.
