About this property

True Ski In- Ski Out Condo. Family oriented space inside and out!

We are happy to share our family's ski condo. This is a true ski in- ski out condo. Walk out the back door, past the hot tub, and clip into your skis or board for a day on the slopes.

Kids are welcome and parents will enjoy watching the kids play in the tree fort, visible from the kitchen sink... and the hot tub.
Two good sized bedrooms, comfortable living space with fantastic fireplace, and a kitchen with it all. In suite washer and dryer.

Wireless internet and a High-Def TV to watch Netflix and Disney after a day on the mountain.

Explore the village with great food and coffee shops, pizza by the slice, and a pottery studio filled with goods created by local artists.


***In summer, there are many great trails for hiking and biking, nickel plate lake is fun to fish on a belly boat, and the pottery studio had great eats and classes.***

Great place to stay at for skiing

Have nothing but good things to say about the property. Super clean and well put together when we arrived, and the owner was super nice and made sure our stay was awesome!

Very lovely property for a family to stay and enjoy a vacation. Lots of board games and easy to enjoy a family movie with there cozy couch that makes into a bed. Also enjoyed the hot tub as well. The owner was very pleasant and friendly to work with. Would stay again.

Wonderful spot to have a little getaway. The hot tub and veiws are amazing. The host is responsive and accomadating. This was our second time staying here, definitely recommend!

Lovely, quiet spot that has a fire place, hot tub, and lots of board games to make it feel cozy. Also super convenient ski in ski out! Apex skiing was great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

Amazing property, having two bedrooms and a fully functioning living room and stocked kitchen made this the perfect spot for me and my 3 kids. The hot tub was a great space for making memories and having late night and early morning soaks. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, a true ski in ski out. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk to. The unit was perfect for my wife and our two girls. It was clean, had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect location

What a great location. The view of looking at the trees was peaceful and quiet. The ski in ski out was easy and convenient. The hot tub was an added bonus after a fun day of skiing. The owners of the property were easy to work with and always available if you had any questions. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful location on the mountain!

Overall a great stay! The location is outstanding with the ski in / out literally outside the door while also providing great outdoor space for little ones to play in while you enjoy the hot tub on the deck. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. Commutation was super easy and helpful! Five star stay - we enjoyed it a lot!

Best ski in/ ski out!

We had an amazing week staying with our host Kevin!The house is truly the best ski in/out place and a great family location! The kids enjoyed the hill right outside the back porch for tobogganing, ski right to the back porch for lunch and end of day. We got such amazing weather throughout our week and ended each day in the hot tub, great for those sore muscles. Will be back!

Great place to stay

Family comfortable feel to the condo-loved the variety of games to play in the evening. Ski out was difficult but expected for the spring season. Great communication regarding access and procedures. Friends from out of town really enjoyed the sunshine and skiing. Happy with the stay:) Thank-you.

Snow Shoeing Weekend

Wonderful place! Super clean, everything you need is there. Great hot tub, lots of board games, books. Comfy beds. In-floor heating and peaceful view. We walked to the Gun Barrel for dinner, so, town site is easily accessible. Had a great time! We'll be back!

Lovely ski-in and ski-out

Kevin was an excellent host and superb communicator. His ski-in and ski-out accommodations were exactly as described and it did not disappoint. From the short ride over to the mountain to the hot tub to the array of games, there was something for everyone!I would highly recommend Kevin and his condo for anyone looking for ski-in and ski-out accommodations for a reasonable price!

Beautiful stay in the mountains

Property is close to hiking and skiing (depending on the time of year). Beautiful views and sunset/sunrises. At this time of year it was quiet but that made it even more perfect. Kevin was a great host, was quick to answer and help whenever needed. Always available if you were in need of help with the hottub and/or BBQ. Would recommend this place for anyone who enjoys the outdoors!

Perfect for families

We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. As a family of 4 we were very comfortable and enjoyed the access to the sled hill beside the Grandfather Trail. There was plenty of room in the second bedroom to set up our pack n play for our 1 year old. Overall we’d be happy to return. And Kevin was lovely to communicate with as well.

Great place, will stay again

The rental was perfect. Extremely clean, easy access, great communication with the owner. Ski in off the Grandfather Run, ski out the back door down to the ice rink. Besides all the obvious stuff, tons of little things inside that they just do well too (lots of hooks, excellent instructions for the hot tub, electric boot dryer, comfy recliner, light switches labeled etc). When staying at Apex in the future, will definitely look for this one first!
