Ce que nous avons apprécié c'est la proximité du centre du village et des remontées mécaniques.Le chalet est ancien et la partie salon cuisine est trop petite pour la capacité de 15 personnes, mais pour 1 semaine c'est tout à fait suportable. Il manque les notices des appareils éléctriques ce qui assez gênant.Malgré tout cela l'ensemble de la famille souhaite le réserver pour l'année prochaine à la même période.pouvez vous nous donner les modalités ? Merci d'avance.

Très bonne situation

Emplacement du chalet et nombre de chambres Avoir des couettes plutôt que des couvertures pour tous les lits. Disposer du linge pré-commandé à l'arrivée au chalet plutôt que d'aller le chercher et le ramener au pressing. Ne pas oublier de transmettre le boitier wifi à l'arrivée. nous nous sommes rendus compte de cet oubli le samedi soir, trop tard car agence fermée... jusqu'au lundi, et impossible de venir le lundi.

Nous prenons bonne note de vos suggestions. Concernant les couettes, nous allons demander aux propriétaires à ce que des couettes soient fournies pour tous les lits. Pour le linge de maison, nous mettons en place une nouvelle procédure de livraison directement aux logements, moyennant un supplément, pour éviter que vous ayez à aller chercher et ramener le linge au pressing. Pour le boîtier Wi-Fi, nous nous excusons de nouveau de l'oubli lors de votre arrivée. Nous vous rappelons que nous avons procédé à un remboursement pour les jours non utilisés, en compensation de ce désagrément.

L'authenticité rustique d'un chalet savoyard à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur et surtout son exceptionnelle situation dans la station....proche des pistes, des commerces... Mise à disposition de la wifi
