Short Stay

Our family of 6; 3 adults and 3 children stayed only one night. Our host Emile greeted us and showed us around the house. I was a bit surprised when we had to pay extra for our sheets and towels when the description said that these items were provided.

Haben extrem kurzfristig eine Übernachtung in Rouen gesucht und bei Emilien gefunden. Von der Innenstadt ca. 3,5 km entfernt, aber ein Supermarkt ist durchaus fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen.

Super HĂ€uschen mitten drin!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 6 Kindern und einem Hund in dem hĂŒbschen StadthĂ€uschen. Der kleine Garten ist eingezĂ€unt und alles, was man so braucht, ist vorhanden. Es ist sauber und zentral. Genau danach haben wir gesucht :)

TrĂšs bien pour une Ă©tape

*le propriĂ©taire* est trĂšs sympathique et disponible. Il nous a bien expliquĂ© tout le fonctionnement de sa maison. Le quartier n’est pas celui auquel on s’attend malheureusement mais le centre de Rouen est trĂšs joli. La maison, Ă  l’intĂ©rieur, est petite mais fonctionnelle. Le petit bĂ©mol concerne le nettoyage qui n’est pas assez fait en profondeur et un store manquant dans la chambre du haut. Concernant le prix, pour avoir pu comparer d’autres logements dans la ville, je trouve cela un peu exhaustif surtout qu’il faut impĂ©rativement ajouter 5 euros (+3 facultatifs) pour avoir des draps (bien mentionnĂ© dans l’annonce mais cher au final). Il serait Ă©galement prĂ©fĂ©rable de mettre les draps Ă  l’avance, plus secs, car nous avons eu la surprise d’aller au lit dans des draps encore humides. En bref, un logement qui pourrait ĂȘtre sympa mais dont quelques dĂ©tails devraient ĂȘtre revus afin d’avoir un rapport qualitĂ©/prix correct.
