TrÚs bon emplacement. Grande terrasse bien aménagée. Maria est disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions des voyageurs. Je conseille cet appartement sans hésitation.

Appart d’exception!

Notre sĂ©jour fĂ»t parfait! Le confort mais surtout la possiblitĂ© de prendre de l’air et du soleil sur la terrasse. Maria a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accommodante et gentille! Je le recommande 100%!

Bon emplacement

AgrĂ©able sĂ©jour, terrasse trĂšs grande, plaisant de prendre le petit-dĂ©jeuner a l'extĂ©rieur ainsi que les soupers tardifs. Salle de bain moderne. A proximitĂ© de deux stations de mĂ©tro et a distance a pied de la plaza Espagna, 15 minutes environ. Épicerie et marchĂ© a proximitĂ©.

"Nous avons partagé l''appartement à deux et nous sommes trÚs satisfaites de notre séjour. Les propriétaires étaient présentes et à l''écoute au besoin. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux. La terrasse est magnifique, l''appartement a toutes les comodités nécessaires pour se sentir chez soi. Le métro est à proximité et il y a plein de commerce aux alentours pour s''approvisionner. Quartier agréable et sécuritaire. Séjour inoubliable. Merci."

This penthouse is very highly recommended by us as we found it to be comfortable and spotlessly clean with every amenity you’d expect, in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see.The host was perfect, giving local recommendations and information, and anticipating & bending over backwards to accommodate our needs.We had the best long weekend here and our host and this apartment were a big part of making our Barcelona visit so special!We would definitely use this penthouse again when we return!

Maria met us on check-in. She was kind, showed us how to use keys, elevator, apartment amenities, etc., and made herself available for questions. She has lots of restaurant recommendations too! The balcony was wonderful and we spent lits of time sitting and enjoying the beautiful weather and views. We eeven did some laundry in provided washer and hung to dry in sun! Highly recommend!

Excellent rental all around! Book it!Maria was the perfect host, communicating with me months in advance. She was extremely helpful and very accommodating, especially when allowing us to check-in hours ahead of schedule. She was extremely personable, understanding, and had many great recommendations for places to see, things to do, and awesome restaurants to grab a drink and some tapas.The apartment itself was super clean and well appointed. The rooms were comfortable and very nicely decorated. The place was freshly painted and really attractive overall. There was a good sized kitchen and dining area, though the best part of the entire place might be the large terrace/balcony where you could enjoy a meal in the nice weather.The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet. The apartment building is gated and the lobby doors are always locked. The street it’s on is not busy with vehicular traffic and is quite pedestrian friendly. All this, and yet the place is centrally located; very close to restaurants, shops, bakeries, supermarkets, and the must-see Mercat de Sant Antoni. The Metro stop and main street where you can catch the bus or a taxi are a block and a half away. It’s quite walkable to everything you might need and not too far from the city’s popular attractions.We did not need to do laundry though the option was there. There’s a TV with local and cable channels, Netflix, etc. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. The apartment has a strong air conditioning unit if needed.

The contact with Maria was Fabulous, she worked with us and did a great job explaining the check in & out process. We sat outside on the beautiful patio every night. My wife even did few loads of laundry.

We really enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to all major attractions and metro lines. It was really easy to find our way around. The apartment was well equipped and suited us nicely. The best part was having the large deck to sit in the evenings and enjoy a glass of wine. MarĂ­a was very helpful with all our needs. She welcomed us well and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this apartment.

My family and I had an amazing experience in Barcelona. It started by Maria’s Apartment. It was spotless clean, very organized and it had all we needed. We were a family of 5. 3 adults and two kids (15 and 13 years old). Maria is super attentive, very detail-oriented, very organized. The location of the apartment is excellent. I would definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful roof top outdoor space and convenient location (near metro station, cafe and grocery store on the same block), but the best part of our stay was the manager. She was very responsive and helpful, made sure everything was provided that we needed (especially coffee) and gave a lot of great suggestions and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

Barcelona experience

Maria was an excellent host. She communicated with me in advance of our trip and offered helpful suggestions for getting around the city. The apartment was in a great location and was very clean.
