Apartment located in front Plaza Sagrada Familia. Ideal for family or group of people who wanted to experience living within the heart and authentic flat of the Barcelona city. Enjoy views of iconic basilica Sagrada Familia, and its relaxing square.

The apartment is well-furnished, comfortable, well-lit, clean, and recently renovated. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds .There are two bathroom . The apartment also has a big living room with dining table and two balconies. From the balcony you can sit and enjoy the views of the basilica and park. It is close to the underground metro station (1 block walking) that connects to 2 metro lines (Blue line 5 and Purple line 2).

The maximum occupancy is six people and includes internet with wi-fi, TV , AC, heating and basic cooking utensils. The apartment is located in the first floor,

Very close is Avenida Gaudi (walking promenade boulevard) and two Unesco world heritage must see sites, the Sagrada Familia and Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau.

HOUSE RULES

It is NOT allowed to:
- Have parties, make noise or disorderly conduct that will disturb the neighbours
- Barbecues or light fires in the balcony
- Smoke inside or throw cigarette litter out the window
- Bring pets to the property
- Hang towels from balcony rails, there is a space provided for this
-. Security Alarm, you have a magnetic control for a system when you leave the apartment and turn on and off when you stay it. The photography camara only take a picture when you come back at home if you wanna you will closed the photographyand only use the alarm

Please note:
- Close all balcony doors and windows before leaving the house
- Do not leave keys on the inside lock, as you might forget them when you leave the apartment. Locksmith expenses will be charged.

City Tourist tax (BARCELONA) you will have to paid in cash on arrival (excludes less 17 year old). Barcelona city tax is 6,25 euros per night per adult for tourist apartments (updated April 1st, 2021). Tourist License HUTB-010882.

Late Check In (after 10:30pm) extra cost of 30 euros.
Late Check In (after 12am Midnight) extra cost of 50 euros.

ARRIVAL: I'm happy for you to check in early or check out late if there are no other guests before or afterwards, Otherwise check in is from 15:00 and check out by 11:00 to allow plenty of time for the flat to be professionally cleaned. If You have a late flight time let me know and we can work something out.

Amazing location, comfortable apartment

Unbeatable location and excellent value, it was the perfect place for our group of three adults and two children. Waking every morning to see the the towers of the Sagrada Familia across the leafy plaza was a treat. Despite being so close to this attraction, it's a nice quiet area at night. The neighborhood has everything you would want within a few blocks. Access to public transportation is also excellent: multiple metro and bus lines stop right on the plaza. The apartment itself is great. Even the interior rooms have some natural light from windows onto light wells. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was even a clothes washing machine. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

the little difference

we had a really good stay there. the appartement was clean and appointed very well. the guys have been great. you could reach them all the time and i appreceate having a bottle of water in the frig. when arriving and a choice of coffee :-) those are the attentions that make the little difference... you can see the sagrada familia in front of the window while sitting in the living room. and you can welcome spring on the balcony. you can also hear french chansons there ;-) so see you next time in barcelona, Katja

Great stay in Barcelona downtown

The location of the flat is great (Sagrada Familia, 3 lines of metro, supermarket, restaurants, car park, ...). The owner is very helpful and Barcelona is an amazing town. We prefered the beaches of Castelldefels (10km south from Barcelona)

All started off great as far as check-in. They allowed us to drop off luggage a little earlier than 3PM and the location was great. The problem started with something that wasn't their fault as the apartment above had a water leak. It leaked into the bedroom and and bathroom. When we communicated that they believed it was from the A/C and advised us to shut it off. We did and based on our communication, we had advised we were going to be gone the next day on a tour, we thought things would be looked after while we were gone. When it wasn't we were told we had to have been there to allow them to enter; so nothing had been done and the problem that had continued without investigation. It then resulted in us coming back to the apartment to find out we had no power. WE were then told that VBRO would contact us to arrange getting us to another property. WE packed to get ready to move and waited till late evening for VRBO to contact us which they never did. We were left with no options so we opted to stay as it was too late to move and we had another full day tour the next day.  The owners refunded us for a two nights stay since we had no power. The power was restored the next day while we were gone so we stayed our last night.We still have never had contact from VBRO after many attempts through the owner.Our rating is downgraded due the very poor communication and lack of investigation into the problem. It resulted in a very stressful situation for us that could have been avoided

Great location across the park from La Sagrada Familia. Pictures are true to the layout and quality of furniture and extremely clean. Communication with the owners was great. We highly recommend and would stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona.

Apartment was very clean and in a great location. Lots of restaurants nearby and we found it to be a good spot to be our home base as we toured the city. Hans and Allan were quick to reply to any questions and the check in and check out was smooth. A little tight of a space for 4 adults and lots of luggage but it wouldn’t stop us from renting again!

Very clean and comfortable apartment, located very close to the Basilica. Location is great but does cause a bit of a problem if you drive there. You can’t park on the street for any time so moving baggage from a parking garage can be inconvenient. The book with suggestions for restaurants was very helpful.

We loved the location of the place. A short walk to 2 metro stations, Grocery Stores and many restaurants. The Air Conditioning was amazing, and everything we needed was there. The host was responsive and helpful at check in.

Great Location!

This is a great choice to stay! Everyday is started with the Sagrada Família in all its glory. The apartment is very well located and easy to navigate from. Lots of food and cafe options right at the doorstep. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Couldn’t ask for much more.

Wonderful location

This property is located right next to the park in front of La Sagrada Familia. It was spacious and very clean. The only problem that existed when we stayed there was they were working on the façade of the building. This led to construction netting and scaffolding over the wonderful view we were hoping to be able to see of La Sagrada Familia. It’s kind of the reason we picked it so it was a little upsetting. When there is no construction, this would be an amazing property with beautiful views.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und war mit den 3 Schlafzimmerns für 3 Erwachsene ideal. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.Das Baugerüst wird hoffentlich nicht mehr lange stehen und dann gibt es die volle Punktzahl.

Great safe location!

Nice location with views of Sagrada Familia but obstructed with the facade restoration scaffolding and screen. Nice newer bathrooms with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Walking distance to several markets and restaurants. Train line short walk. The train system is clean, safe, efficient and cheap. Has a small elevator for suitcases vs carrying up the stairs. Although not needed, apartment has a security alarm you can use. Would stay here again.

Location as advertised. Great spot to be in heart of city. Metro a block from the condo. Rooms a little on the smaller side and scaffold took from the view, but that wasn’t owners fault. Great property and communicative staff was great.

Best location!

We loved our stay in this apt. The location can’t be beat-a beautiful park and on the other side the Sagrada Familia. Very safe and secure building. This listing should also mention the apt has a view!! Super convenient area to the subway stops, multiple restaurants and the hop on hop off bus. I really appreciated the larger shower in the bigger bathroom and the washing machine! Would recommend!

Holiday getaway

This apartment was in a great location with views of the Sagrada Familia and stores/cafes nearby. It was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved being able to walk everywhere easily and enjoy the Christmas markets right outside our door.
