In a small luxury residence located on the parking lot very attractive apartment under the roof with mezzanine! comprising 1 living room, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, TV, lounge sofa convertible into a double bed, a parental mezzanine bedroom for 2 people. All very well equipped and very bright on the 3rd floor with elevator. Located 2 steps from the beach and very quiet. No smoking, pets not accepted in the residence. Car parking closed by radio-controlled portal and local bicycle locked. Very close to the sea 5 minutes walk.

DECEPTION

L'arrivée visite vite fait pas d'état des lieux malheureusement . La cuisine four micro onde sale ,four électrique trÚs sale, cafetiÚre a filtre inexistante et la télévision impossible de regarder quoique se soit.Le wifi il fallait aller voir au camping d'a coté!!! pas de hote au dessus de la plaque de cuisson!

GemĂŒtliches Appartement, schöne StrĂ€nde und nette Menschen

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in Berck-sur-Mer und in der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und es hat uns nichts gefehlt (lediglich die Kaffeemaschine haben wir mitgebracht). Das Haus und die Nachbarn waren sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist wirklich großartig, gerade auch mit Blick auf die StrandnĂ€he. Lediglich die Kommunikation zur SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe und die SchlĂŒsselrĂŒckgabe könnte fĂŒr zukĂŒnftige GĂ€ste etwas reibungsloser gestaltet werden :) Vielen Dank an die Vermieter fĂŒr die schnelle, freundliche Kommunikation und das tolle Appartement mit der guten Ausstattung - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Merci , nous avons passés de bonnes vacances malgré la meteo. Le logement est lumineux . Il est top pour 2 personnes. Un petit bemol pas trÚs grave est l'absence de la wifi. Nous y reviendrons.

Appartement sympa, prÚs de la plage et loin de la foule (on traverse la rue puis la dune et on est sur la plage), bien tenu, à part une nappe à changer et quelques prises électriques qui sont mal fixées tout est OK.

Vacances au pied des dunes

Appartement pour 4 personnes à 5 minutes de la plage. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Juste un petit fauteuil à mettre en plus car canapé 2 places et la moquette du haut à remplacer et ce serait au top ! Place de parking privative trÚs appréciée. A qq km du parc bagatelle...plage des phoques....

Location convenable mais avec quelques détails à revoir. Détecteur de fumée jusste au dessus des plaques de cuisson. Fuite au niveau des velux cadre pas accroché solidement. Porte manteau à refixer. Dans l ensemble bon séjour pour une semaine

studio acceptable

La plage (non surveillée) est accessible via une dune rapidement, j'ai apprécié en profiter avec les enfants. Il faut la voiture pour aller faire les courses mais le fait d'avoir une place de parking est appréciable. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait en profondeur et non conforme aux exigences COVID mais le logement est acceptable pour un studio; il manque néanmoins le WIFI et quelques équipements : comme un ciseau par exemple :-)
